Don't recommend coming here unless you want people to steal your money! When it was brought up to a management they said they couldn't do anything, it wasn't until I drove up there and confronted them that the night manager was finally able to get me district managers number. Absolutely disgusted by the behavior and lack of costumer service! Anyone would be mad after someone STEALS almost $100 and send them to their personal account and when you try to give them the email so they can find out who it is they basically run you at the door. Don't come here until they fix the problem because honestly it's the whole store! And know I will be contacting EVERYONE I CAN TO MAKE SURE THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE.

I had 3 Starbucks gift cards so I went two days in a row and ordered the exact same thing. (Caramel ribbon frapp +extra shot) First day perfect, second day, HORRIBLE!! 80% whipped cream and they didn’t give me an extra shot. So I paid $8.50 for whipped cream. This is why I usually go to Dunkin. They don’t overcharge and they are consistent!

The drive through lady was being rude this morning. We ordered drinks and the app says we get a free small hot chocolate with our grande orders automatically. She said we were suppose to order it when we ordered but the app doesn’t even say that. Today is Saturday. The app says only Saturday and Sundays. The last time we came here it was a Saturday also and a different lady at the drive thru automatically gave us our hot chocolate. There was no need for the woman today to be rude. She also gave us one and seems annoyed by it.

This morning I stopped by this location on my way to work. I work in the medical field. Everything this morning that could go wrong did go wrong I had dropped my debit card in between the seat and my console so whe. I had got up to the window I was trying to grab cash and move things over the lovely lady at the window was like it's okay and gifted me my drink and my sandwich she has no idea the gift that she gave me this morning. It turned my whole morning around it's not that I did not have the funds It was just everything that could go wrong was going wrong and that small act of kindness that she paid forward made my whole day so if you get to read this review thank you so much from the frantic woman in Scrubs this morning trying to get to work you absolutely made my day and I will make sure to pay it forward.

I go here all time for coffee. Today was the best the wonderful barista’s who made our order seen my bird and asked what he could have I told them dry strawberries and they gave us a little cup with dry strawberries.
