I think this place gets my order wrong at least 85% of the time. I guess the processes they have in this restaurant are too complicated for the workers they have. I like Taco Bell food but let’s get it together behind the counter folks.

Came into Taco Bell walking hot and dehydrated and the lovely Brandy hooked it up with some water !!! Even tho I had to make a purchase for it, thankful I got a cup of water and my first thoughts were Yes Taco Bell ! Walked in it was fresh clean fast service and everybody I seen was working hard.

I was served quickly and accurately. There was another customer who was complaining his order was wrong. He ordered before me and he got what he ordered. The manager was very professional and handled the situation very well. I personally would have punched the rude idiot. He made such a scene. This is not the first time I've seen someone trying to get a free meal at this location. Only negative is the location could use a remodel.

Employees didn't get my order right. They were moving cars forward to decrease there wait times while stacking us up. For absolutely NO reason. And walked my order out without any chance to check anything and literally got it wrong. Its two things in a bag. How difficult is that. This a pure fail on this entire organizations fault. I hate this place. Always have and when I need something to eat late this was my option and guess what they 100% failed AGAIN. Its everytime I go here its SOMETHING. You're making tacos for a billion dollar profit. How freakin hard can it really be.........

Bought a party package tacos asked for all supreme taco. My tacos were all regular and didn't get not one supreme taco they were all stale and spent extra money for nothing I wouldn't recommend getting a late night snack here again very DISAPPOINTED!! A waste of money!

i ordered 15 beef burritos supreme. they only gave me 12 without being grilled. i called the store to speak with manager, so rude..very unprofessional, talking about it’s not my problem and wouldn’t do anything about it. i will never go back over there. my sister is a manager at taco bell in other state, she told me what to do. YALL NEED DO BETTER because she will take it to upper managements if this is not resolved.

If I could put zero stars, i would. I ordered my pregnant wife a cheese quesadilla and nachos. The quesadilla tasted like it had been sitting on the counter all day it was burnt, not even hot and tasted like straight trash from the dump. The nachos i had them separate all the items that came on the nachos, and the portion sizes were enough to feed a bird. There wasn't even a quarter amount of cheese for the nachos, and the EXTRA cheese I ordered there was what looked like black mold in it and had to throw it away. Then the guy on the speaker did not what so ever have good communication skills and was very rude and disrespectful and decided that it was okay to yell at me in the window! But after all that, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in the line even though they were super slow. I would not recommend eating here ever, and I sure won't be spending anymore of my money at this unforeseen establishment.

I wish I could give zero stars if I could what I witnessed was just upsetting and horrible. I work across the street ( not afraid to say it) we always see this elderly man walking his usually everyday walk, he walked inside just to ask for a small cup of water because it was hot and he was red and thirsty. They kicked him out. He came outside looking very upset and thirsty. We watched this elderly man walking across the street ( by the time we got outside he was already across) he asked for a cup of water so we let him sit in the ac gave him some water and talked. He told me that they kicked him out and told him to never come back. Wth taco bell.

I was in here this morning and a heavy set man who is frequently in the corner of the lobby, made snarky remarks about almost all the workers and I overheard him make a remark about me. He also smells putrid. When I walk in and he’s there. no one will eat inside. This is unacceptable. You can smell from everywhere even the entrance. And he stays at this Taco Bell all day with his crying baby. I was with my daughter and she kept asking me what that smell was. This is disgraceful behavior. Why haven’t you guys kicked him out yet?? I have to hold my breath when I come to order this is unacceptable. Not even the smell the remarks. This isn’t a one time incident. He’s ALWAYS here whenever I come to Taco Bell. Please fix this issue this is concerning.

Went through drive thru and when we got our food out of bag the crispy taco we ordered was unwrapped and upside down and also shell was broken in 3 pieces and Doritos taco we ordered was also broken as well Was on road drivingnbefore we opened our bag and didn't have time to go back
