Employees are nice and food is good BUT the drive thru is sooooo slow and if a vehicle is asked to pull forward in the drive thru, to wait on food they ordered, the entire rest of the drive thru line is stuck behind that one vehicle waiting on their food. Horrible. Don’t go here unless you can wait FOREVER in the drive thru. I won’t be back. They take soooo long!!!

Ok food and terrible customer service.. takes a long time to get help from an employee and if you’re a door dasher some locations allow you to go through the drive thru to pick up orders and some locations make you go inside to pick up orders, it’s annoying that all locations aren’t all on the same page and it’s very confusing and frustrating when they tell you to come inside to grab order when there is no one in the drive through at all…
So unbelievably slow... 20 monies for 4 cheese quesadilla...

I order food from this place, they took a long time to get us our food and when I ate my food I got severe food poisoning. These employees should be held accountable for not following health regulations. I don't recommend going to this Taco Bell. The employees that work there are not sanitary and do not care how there food comes out as long as they get paid. 🤢👎

It's been a very long time since I visited a Taco Bell. The burrito's are definitely smaller though (pic included with soda can for comparison), it's about the size of those frozen burritos except even they have more ingredients in them, this was mostly tortilla with a bit of refried beans and a smidgen of some cheap, non-melting shredded cheddar cheese. Cheap though...
They're really cutting back too, the wrappers are bland brown now instead of the classic festivized gray and the bag is as thin as tissue paper. I legit poked holes in it just grappling it when I got out of my car.
I believe the last time I ate Taco Bell the burrito's were at least twice the size of this in both diameter and length wrapped in a soft, warm tortilla and shredded cheese that melted and could be tasted with every bite.

I went here the other morning and they tell me they don't serve breakfast anymore. What? So tacos at 9 am. Whatever bring breakfast back and tacos.

11:00 pm 12/6 we went through the drive thru and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, they sent us around front telling us they’d bring our food, safe to say they never came out and locked all the doors, i banged on the door forever until they came and yelled in my face and i was just asking for a refund. never got my food who knows if i can get a refund
