Employees are nice and food is good BUT the drive thru is sooooo slow and if a vehicle is asked to pull forward in the drive thru, to wait on food they ordered, the entire rest of the drive thru line is stuck behind that one vehicle waiting on their food. Horrible. Don’t go here unless you can wait FOREVER in the drive thru. I won’t be back. They take soooo long!!!
Ok food and terrible customer service.. takes a long time to get help from an employee and if you’re a door dasher some locations allow you to go through the drive thru to pick up orders and some locations make you go inside to pick up orders, it’s annoying that all locations aren’t all on the same page and it’s very confusing and frustrating when they tell you to come inside to grab order when there is no one in the drive through at all…
I always order online & So I don't have to deal with the drive in or ordering inside..
It takes me about 5 min to get from my place to Taco Bell..
Today I went up there & usually I'll wait about 5-10 min Which is fine I understand it takes time to prepare it.
