Ted's Café Escondido

Service was a slow and it was 3pm on Sunday afternoon and we sat in the bar area and they weren't that busy. I felt bad for the girl that dropped the whole tray of (not our waitress) we've been eating at Ted's for years and it wasn't Ted's best 🤷

The tortillas and corn chips were delicious. The food wasn't memorable however I had a wrap and it could have just been my choice in dishes.

Ted’s Café Escondido in Del City is always a fantastic choice for great Mexican food! The service is friendly and fast, and our food came out hot and fresh. The cheese dip was creamy and delicious, and the fresh tortillas were warm and perfectly made. Everything tasted amazing, and the prices are fair for the quality and portion sizes you get. Ted’s never disappoints always consistent, flavorful, and a great place to eat!

Brandon went above and beyond with the service it was an amazing experience neither me nor my girlfreind had been before he answerd any questions i had and was very freindly even tho i kept havkng him answer stuff and go get other things for me he never seemed upset will 100% be back just to request Brandon as our server seriously the best service iv had in a very long time

It was my first time eating there but the food was absolutely amazing and the server Brandon was great! We will most definitely be back…. So many others should take notes on the great customer service!

It's good good, waitress was good. I could not get over how loud it was, I've seen packed restraint, but having to yell to speak to the waiter or my husband.
I could not enjoy my meal cause Iit was so loud.

Not sure how a multimillion dollar restaurant with multiple locations runs out of silverware Saturday night when it wasn’t nearly as busy. Also not sure how standards fell so low, with slow service and sub-standard food when it used to be great. Don’t know when or if I’ll be back.

Food is always good, but I'm not sure I'd order togo again. I got there early to pickup my order and there was some guy already at the to-go counter and his order was late, there was a lady ordering and she got hers and had to come back because they forgot something. I had placed my order 3 hours early, I get there, checkin and then after I had been there for 20 mins they said they didn't have my order because my card declined. I had an email confirmation and everything. They didn't even make my order so I had to then had to pay and wait another 20 mins for them to make my order. I guess moral of the story is call them and check to see if they're making your order or just order there and wait, then check everything before you leave.
