How terrible is the neighborhood, that this place only had a walk up window and the lobby was closed? Had a person I was bringing home from hospital who was craving waffle house. So sad. So didn't eat there.
My food was burnt and tables don't seat more then 4 people. The staff however was very friendly and attentive.

They had the best crew working as a team. Especially the cooks were getting the food out quickly for as busy as they were.. food wAs fresh and hot and tasted good! they were having fun and laughing with each other while they were working.. will definitely go back ....

On Xmas bru smh 1. We order online .. never again. 2. We only get maybe half our order. 3. The food we got had pickles we thought it was a prank who eats eggs with pickles yuck yuck.4. I go back to just get what I was missing and no pickles with eggs and biscuits because that's revolting we did not see them but tasted them 1st and it made me throw up a little. They say we can remake ticket or refund I said I didn't want all that just make it right. 5. I sit and wait 25 minutes after being 20 to remake food o ask what's going on no one is asking if I have been helped but everyone around me. They tell me they been waiting on me to bring food back I said how when that was never said to me what the heck have me sitting for nothing on Xmas. 6 I ask for a refund she says since I ordered online they can not find my order to refund and that they will need to call me. In that moment I knew she was never going to call me.yall let me sit in ur face 25 minutes without telling me what u require. She then claimed the refund was already done and needed my number I confirmed it and she walked off then comes back opens drawer and hands me 60 cash with an attitude. I have worked in management went to school for business and I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication in this whole deal and the way I felt like they kept trying to make their problems my problem. That's not why I pay people for good food and good service. We use to eat here 2 or 3 times3a month but I ordered a waffle maker and a hash brown cutter I won't be back
