We try to eat at Morning Star every time we get up that way and we have never been disappointed, from the service to the always tasty menu always a good time

Saffire is a excellent waitress, the food was really good. Baked potatoes was Luke warm, it could have been hotter. Otherwise good.

Wonderful food and experience. Second time to eat here. This will always be our eating place when we come to Kiawa Casinos.

Staff, service, atmosphere, food excellent!!!!😋👌 Throughly enjoyed the experience. Plan on scheduling a visit when we are back in Devol, OK. Would recommend it to all.

Great food, everything tastes amazing. Compliments to the chef. Service was great. Request the front dining room as the back lighting is bright and a cool white light, not the same warm ambiance as the front

The menu is currently forever changing, which is a good thing. Everything they've done in the way of changes has been delicious. My only complaint tonight was we had a waitress that was four days new and she was not that great but other than that, it's wonderful definitely will be going back Weekly.

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. The absolute best steak around. Great prices. I highly recommend and guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Maggie is awesome. She is there with what I needed before I ask. The food was delicious. 

Food was very good, service and drinks were lacking. Seemed like every table got a basket of bread soon as they sat down, we didn’t. Wife ordered a vodka drink that didn’t taste like it had ANY vodka in it. I asked for another beer and I got handed a cocktail shortly after. Atmosphere isn’t anything to write home about. Asked each host and the waitress to get us a high chair and finally got a booster seat on the fourth request.

We reserved a table of 14 for an early Christmas party at 4 PM. We finally left at 6:30 PM (2 and 1/2 hours later) with four meals still not served. The gluten free guests were given fried onions on their food. The medium rare steak was raw. The medium rare steaks were well done to charcoal. The manager (a woman) finally showed up hours later and said she would take them back and I replied “well at least I can eat the potato.” To which she replied, “No, you cannot have the potato. I will have to charge you.” At that point, I was done. We paid our bill, over-tipped the server because it was Christmas and I felt bad for her, and decided to never return. If the manger had been savvy enough to let me eat one potato after waiting 2.5 hrs for a meal, I would probably not have written this review. Poor management and a disaster kitchen ruined this event for our family.

Dietary restrictions: They put fried onions and weird sauces on everything. They are incapable of cooking a gluten free steak. (Not a super hard task).

A steakhouse that can't cook a medium rare steak! The steak was medium well and tough. The blond waitress apologized and then put a raw steak in a to-go box and said “it will cook itself in the box until it's medium rare.” I explained that the steak is only going to cook evenly in the box and that's not how you cook a medium rare steak but she just ignored me and left the bill. When I mentioned talking to the chef about the steak she replied that SHE was the one who prepared the steak! Unbelievable. The baked potato was anemic looking, dry, and sad. However the bread was good and the wedge salad was good, so stick to the bread and salad.

We like the smaller restaurant. Lots of attention to details . They had a few specials, not on the menu. One was the lobster bisque it was delicious. I ordered the 8oz filet mignon medium, and Pittsburgh . It was rare, which was not a problem. They took it back and fixed it up, and it was delicious . We will be back .
