Great beer and people

What a fun experience! Beer was great! We had a flight of a broad mix, but the locals were amazingly friendly! We met Sue, because her husband, James, the brewer, had just had surgery, and she was so friendly. Shawn is deemed the “Norm” of the bunch and he was so welcoming and warm. We really didn’t get to spend enough time here and can’t wait to go back!

Came all the way from Dewey county Oklahoma to visit the Dewey, OK Scissortail Brewery! The atmosphere was amazing, the beer was even better! Thanks for a good time!!

Went to Scissortail after tasting their canoe beer in Ptown. My daughter and I loved the brewery. Tried most of their brews and all were excellent!!! Very friendly “cheers” bar and even met “Norm” there. Great beer and great people. Wish I lived closer as this would be my go to place.

Scissortail Brewing Company blew me away! This place has an incredible vibe—laid-back, welcoming, and full of character. The beer lineup is impressive; I especially loved the “1267” milk stout and “Outlaw Valley” pale ale. You can tell every brew is made with care and creativity. The staff made us feel right at home, and the whole experience felt like we stumbled onto something special. If you’re anywhere near Dewey, this place is a must-visit. Cheers! 🍺

Scissortail Brewing Company is a fantastic local brewery serving Dewey, Bartlesville and all visitors! The atmosphere is welcoming and the owners are absolutely wonderful! If you enjoy a great IPA and a friendly face, this is the place to be. There is a reason this glass is empty!

One of the best brewery atmospheres to be in. Laid back and family friendly. To top it off it has that small town feel and they always remember you when you come back! Definitely one of my favorite spots to go! Canoe, ALS Sucks, Redland, and Dreamcatcher are some great ones to try if you don’t like heavy IPAs

Always a great selection of beer choices! Owners are EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable. Seeing Sean (the bar favorite resident) is always a pleasure to see.

Best beer between Tulsa and the Kansas border; top quality and a surprisingly large variety for such a small operation. Calm and laid back atmosphere whether you choose to ditch the kids with a babysitter or bring the kids and play some board games.

Friendly folks at the bar. The venue is spacious and nice. You can sample the beer before deciding. They will fill to-go cans of any beer.
