There isn't many places to eat in drumright. But this place is hands down the best. The food is very good. And the service is A++.. I would also like to think the husband and wife for taking care of us construction workers.. we have a limited lunch time. They are very fast and everything is still amazing. I love there street taco lunch special which isn't on the list below.

Chili Verde was awesome, slow roasted and melt in your mouth! Beans were a thin consistency, but very flavorful. Rice was a bit under seasoned if eating it alone, but perfect compliment for the rest of the meal. Laredo Burrito was exactly what my wife wanted. Seasoned perfectly, again rice was a great compliment to it. Chips were warm and crispy, salsa had a great flavor but I thought it needed a bit of salt. The requested hot salsa had a kick, but still tasted great. Too often the flavor is compromised for heat. This had a great balance. Ordered a couple of steak street tacos just to try, and let me say those will bring me back! I wish they had lingua, but the steak will suffice. Onions and cilantro were perfect, small pieces of steak had great char and were crispy and tender, seasoned properly. All in all I will be going back. To top it off they had Sonic style ice! The service was top notch, we never had a need for anything, but didn't feel smothered either. Wendy did a great job, as well as the kitchen staff.Parking: Parking is available on the west side of the building by using the alley behind for access.

My wife and I absolutely love this place and the owner Wendy and her husband are amazing! Customer service is great and the food is phenomenal! We always walked out, stuffed and happy! The prices are fair and the food portion's are huge! If you're in town and looking for lunch or dinner, please stop by and tell. Wendy that you want the chili carne!

The only Mexican restaurant in Drumright and it is a good one. This restaurant is operated by a young couple. This is their first venture into operating their own business after years of working for other restaurants. The young lady taking care of the up-front business was the owner and her husband was doing the cooking. Great friendly service. The old building they are in has a large dining area decked out in and full Mexican décor. Apparently, it has been a Mexican restaurant for years under various operators. Even though it is on the main street through town, it is easy to overlook El Catrin.Chips and fair salsa on the house. The menu is not large, a reduced version of the typical variety OkieMex style food. I had the Burrito Laredo, filled with ground beef, covered in excellent queso, beans, rice, a little Pico de Gallo and a good tasting dab of guacamole. My wife had the Enchiladas Verdes. Three chicken filled enchiladas covered in an excellent verde sauce, beans and rice. The meats in both meals were well seasoned. The beans smooth and flavorful.Drumright, you have a good little Mexican restaurant; use it or lose it.We enjoyed the meals and service. If you are looking for other Mexican restaurants in the area, check out my reviews in my collection "Jalapeno Highway" by Spike S. on Yelp. I've probably been there.

Located in down town Drumright on highway 33, the main E/W drag through town. The restaurant is on the south side of the street in an old brick building. The front door has the hours 11 am to 8 or 9 pm most days. Looking at reviews on Google and Facebook the operating hours seem to be somewhat unreliable. Call before you go. The menu is basic traditional authentic Mexican food. Limited, nothing fancy and includes lunch specials. Rated 4.3 on Google with 43 reviews. More information coming.

It's hard to keep a restaurant open and it is even harder in small towns. Looks like they are closing October 25th for good. I wish them good luck. They were super polite and great service.
