Understaffed.
Super slow service takes 20 minutes to even start my order after my order was placed 30 to 45 minutes later my food comes out cold I ordered literally 2 things with a drink and tell me how they got all 3 wrong.
2 drinks and a small tot took them forever and then the young lady took the money and it took her almost 10 minutes to get the change back to us. The tots were cooked twice and could definitely tell it, no offer for ketchup and no mint or napkins in the bag.
If you can get someone to take your order after waiting ten minutes your doing good. Prepare to wait 20 to 30 minutes for your order.
Placed an order online as we were pulling in. Waited 40 minutes for the order. Called them at 30 minutes. Said they had to remake the burgers but they were cold when we got them. Literally, our 4 drinks sat so long that the slush was no longer a slush and the other 3 drinks the ice was melted. No offer to remake or do anything to help the situation. This sonic has gone up and down since it has been here but we always adjust expectations. Faster to drive to the next town for better options than to go here ever again
If i could go zero stars i would after a long wait for the food and drive home no chicken strip meal we ordered instead nasty old cheesy bites with a black figure looked like sausage.
Samantha is amazing, she always has a smile on her face when I get Sonic. However, 30 minutes to get an order of chicken strips is not. 3 stars because you have an awesome employee but understaffing needs to be fixed or addressed
Employees are friendly, and positive. Franchise owner needs to invest in repairs and not removing ordering stations. One's that are left don't work correctly. Invest in your business and let your lifestyle be put on hold.

When pulling up to the drive thru I was asked if I had an app order. No. I was told to wait 5 minutes before my order was taken. After waiting over 5 minutes, creating a line whom all pulled around me went to the boxes and got their orders taken. I called and was told they could not take reconnect to the box. Would have been nice to know before I was asked to wait. Now I am currently waiting an additional 10 minutes to get my order taken behind the line I that was behind me while I wait at he call box. So because of their lack of communication the customer is being punished foe being willing to wait. Not cool

We placed our order at 5:48. There was 2 vehicles in front of us. At 6:05 we reached the window, no one in sight. At 6:10 I managed to wave down a girl who went to the back to find out how long. At 6:14 I drove off hungry still and will never go back.

I have showed around noon when they claim to be open and yet nobody is here and they are not open. This will have made the third time.This has happened i am calling corporate. If you don't have anybody to work , then the facility needs to be closed down.
Waited 15 minutes for drinks. Who brings out 4 drinks with no cupholder? You do. Please put ice in the drinks next time. Do better dummys. And no I would not like to escalate my complaint to the franchise owner. They can read the reviews and take care of the problems right here.

I love Sonic and lately have only gone for a quick bite to eat or mostly drinks. The food and service have gotten a little better recently. The carhops actually act like they like their job. The cooks have done a good job as far as getting our order correct recently too. I've had pleasant experiences lately.
