i’m assuming there’s new management or staff, because the last time i’ve visited it was a good experience.
this time was awful. a relatively empty lot but a 4+ min wait to order, food wasn’t great (grilled cheese bread was not crispy or golden, at all.) and my carhop seemed okay but rushed.

It took 40 minutes for my ice cream to get here and they didn’t mix the toppings in.
Honestly the worst service and food. Waited for 25 minutes for my food, as soon as we get our food we can see how gross our fries and tots look. They definitely were not edible, old grease and soaked in grease. It was a lot of money wasted. When I called to just make them aware( which there’s no way they weren’t aware with how nasty they looked) the manager John was not nice, he was not helpful. Really really disappointed in how much it costed for half of it to have been wasted because we were unable to eat such nasty things.

Super slow service takes 20 minutes to even start my order after my order was placed 30 to 45 minutes later my food comes out cold I ordered literally 2 things with a drink and tell me how they got all 3 wrong.
