Great place with lots of pictures of rodeos and oil rigs. The food was amazing but there were lots of flies buzzing around my table. The bathroom was clean and the restaurant was clean. The flies could have been a random one time occurrence.

They were not very busy. It was in the middle of the day during the week. We had to wait for a booth to be cleaned off. The waiter took our food order. He came back twice because he hadn’t written it down and forgotten what 2 of us ordered. Brought our appetizers. One was onion rings and the other was spinach and artichoke dip and chips. The dip was over cooked. Then when he brought out the rest of the meals, my chicken was rubbery. I had to use a steak knife to be able to cut it. The mashed potatoes was clumped together. Then all of it was sitting in a pool of grease. The rest said their food was alright.

Such an another awful experience here and I really don't know why I keep coming back! I asked for a gift card for my birthday to go here and give I gave this place another chance to eat because I have always loved Applebee's wherever we were stationed in the Army. Not specifically here in Lawton. I asked for grilled chicken ceaser salad and I got fried chicken salad. Well I had to wait for a long while until my waitress came back to tell her that it was wrong. So instead of taking it back and fixing it she brought a empty plate out for me to pick my chicken off my salad and she brought out plate full of grilled chicken to put on my salad by that time I was just done and wanted to leave. When I presented her with my gift card she looked bothered, like I wouldn't tip don't worry even though she didn't do her job I still tipped her well. I will not be back.

My husband ordered the Bourbon Street Steak with coleslaw as a substitute for the side. The server instead brought Parmesean Shrimp amd Sirloin. The shrimp was salty, and the steak although cooked to correct temperature, was tough. I ordered the hot honey glazed chicken and bacon and it was doused in the hot honey glaze, making it entirely too sweet. The server never once asked us if we wanted another drink even though they were empty when he brought us our food and he passed by our table several times afterwards. In fact he didn't stop by our table again until he brought us the check, good thing we didn't want dessert because by doing so he made it clear that wasn't an option.

This Applebee's in Duncan, Okla is a very rundown place. Worst place I ever been. Service very slow. I order old fashion mix drink and looked nothing similar to menu picture and tasted like fish. Order classic combo - everything had a weird odd tasted. Thumb down to this place.

Traveling for work. Food hasn’t been bad on online orders or at the restaurant, but the staff really need some training. The older female bartender has a terrible attitude and the mustached waiter with the tattoos isn’t far behind. I asked what sauces came with the unlimited tenders and he said the same ones that come with the wings. Very attentive, very smart. Struggling in a mostly empty restaurant.

Me my brother and my 2 year old child ate there tonight and the food was ok but our waiter seem to disappear for like 20 min or so then took forever to get our check and our to go boxes one plus we were greeted nicely by the host malachi don't know if we will eat there again or not

Left hungry. I shouldn't need to come home and eat again. It's not that the food was bad, it was okay. The waitress got my meal incorrect TWICE. The second time I could tell the cook just threw it all in the bowl haphazardly. My husband got the all you can eat deal, but only had two small plates it was taking so long. Our waitress was so frazzled with all the tables she was covering I'm surprised she didn't have a stroke. Now we know to only order to go.
