I love me some Arby's, however our Arby's where I live seems to just not care as much anymore. The food isn't always fresh, seems almost day old. Staff is semi-friendly. Won't be visiting as often anymore. Very sad

We had lunch here after going to the quilt show. We got the 4 for $10 and drinks. The counter guy remembered to add the senior discount and that was great as my wife always forgets. This was Friday at noon .

No customer service. No thank you. You ask for a condiment but nothing in your bag. When someone comes to your fast food restaurant is it that hard to acknowledge them and say thank you?? The $15 we spend doesn’t take care of condiments is it going to break Arby’s for two packs of sauce??

The cheesesteak sandwich was terrible, smothered in cheese sauce & the BUN had something disgusting & felt like cardboard w/sand. I couldn't eat the sandwich at all & went down the street to get something edible.
