Tried this place out for the first time today. The lady that took our order was so friendly and made our food quickly. The food was amazing and the portions were perfect. The smoothie bowl and sandwiches were delicious and I loved how they were customizable. While waiting for our meal, there were card games to play which was so nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Located inside the Duncan Martial Arts building, Nestles this little diner with its amazing smoothies, I got the orange mango peach I think, there are so many options I don't remember what I chose, but it is good
I got the ultimate panini, vegan safe bread it's got all the good fixings inside it, tastes amazing!
This is definitely somewhere I will visit again! Thank you so much for the great meal and smoothie!

Great food, great service, great environment, great people!
Parking: Only problem. Is the city's, the drainage line is steep and if you got a car you're gonna rub but other than that I've always been able to park within 20 ft. of the door.
Kid-friendliness: Excellent environment, doubles as martial arts school so lots of kids around usaully.
Wonderful . I had the cowboy stew. Soup of the day. Awesome. I got the turtle cheesecake iced coffee as well. Amazing!!! Great service the last was nice and got mine and the other customers orders in a timely matter. Will definitely be back.
