Do NOT eat here! We were in town for a funeral and stopped to eat lunch. My husband went to get more Braum’s sauce for his fries. When the employee took out the sauce pump to replace the bag, she dropped the pump on the floor. Instead of washing it or using a new one, she wiped it off with a napkin real quick and put it back in the sauce. That was so unsanitary and made me wonder what else we’d eaten that had been contaminated with floor germs. I couldn’t even finish all of my food I was so disgusted.

Drive through , window attendant was very rushed handing me two items ,one fell to the ground and he looked down at it and handed me my sack of food and shut the window ..no sorry or offer to replace item..I'm 65 years old I sincerely hope he doesn't treat his grandparents this way 😔

We are regulars and here lately the service is terrible. They hand you food and close the window in your face without a word or they walk off. Kids meals have become a joke! The chicken is itty bitty and they barely give you any gravy. I understand they come in all sizes, but you only get two pieces to begin w and then the two might equal one piece together.
