The young guy who works the morning drive-thru, name starts with a Q, is truly a breath of fresh air. He is always incredibly kind, patient, efficient and genuinely warm. He’s honestly one of the sweetest, if not the sweetest, person I’ve ever encountered in a drive-thru anywhere. He absolutely deserves a raise or a promotion, or should be the one training new staff, if he isn’t already. I wish more places had employees like him. He really deserves the recognition. I'll be back because of him!

This was our first time at this location and having dealt with Hardee's out in SC, I didn't have very high expectations. However, Qualo, the drive-thru person, was immaculate. He was kind, respectful, and asked all the important questions. On top of having fresh and hot food, the quality of service and food is top-notch. I will be returning. I hope that everyone is like Qualo. This is what customers expect from customer service reps. Great JOB.

If you’re looking for good food and even better vibes, this place is it! From the moment I walked in, the energy was upbeat, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the whole place just had that feel-good atmosphere you don’t usually get at a fast-food spot.
My order came out fast, hot, and fresh — exactly how it should be. You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving. The place was clean, the music was good, and everyone working seemed like they actually enjoyed being there (which makes a huge difference).
Honestly, it’s the kind of spot that makes you want to come back just because the vibes are always right. Whether you’re grabbing something quick or sitting down to chill for a few minutes, it hits the spot every time.

Not a problem with the food or cashiers. My problem is with greedy management. Charging for 1 or 2 sauces is ridiculous. I'd understand if I asked for like 10 or an unreasonable amount but I wanted 2 sauce cups for 2 orders of fries. I think that's a reasonable request. What does that sauce cup cost the owner? A fraction of a penny with the steep discount since this is a giant corporation ordering in bulk. Do better.

This entire review goes out to the gentleman running the drive thru window this evening. He had the best customer service. He made sure me and my baby girl had everything we needed before we headed out. Food was hot and fresh!

Just make sure when you customize your order to be clear. I ordered the western bacon with extra onions and they left the onion rings out. Thats the best part of the burger

So if made correctly delicious burger no lie. But my hamburger was a cheeseburger and my mayo pickle lettuce only was misunderstood as put so much mayo on it he has to ring it out like a shamwow rag And the inside of this one stunk like grease
