If you use the app from the Google Play Store they will mistakenly think you're Door Dash. The last two times I have ordered they refuse to hand me the bag with my purchases and place it on a nearby table. The first time I ordered here that didn't happen. This time the man mumbled something to the effect that is what they do with Door Dash orders. I called the restaurant and spoke with Tammy who identified as a member of management. She informed me that the app I am using is a Door Dash app and they charge more. However, when i asked about the prices they are exactly what is on the menu with no upcharge. She said the best way to order was either at the counter or call the place directly. We have used other Chicken Express locations, albeit not in the south central Oklahoma area and never had this problem. I will take her advice should we decide to eat here again and call them directly or just wait to arrive and order. Tammy was very pleasant and professional about the situation.

If I can help from going back to this chicken express I will. I’m not sure if it was a manager or what but, she had on the only black shirt. She was rude to the employees and was slamming things and just down right belittling them. She was the worse employee or manager I’ve ever seen. I fully plan on going up to the restaurant tomorrow and speaking with someone. Her actions were uncalled for and not necessary at all.

Got a 8 piece supposed to be mixed. But got 8 pieces dark. The chicken was so dry and hard not juicy at all it had been left under heat lamps to long. As much as food cost now days. It’s sad that a family can’t even get good quality food no where This is totally unacceptable $23.00 for nasty old food. I wouldn’t serve to my dogs. I would have returned it but we live in addington.

Be sure you sit in drive through and check your order before you leave because if you make it all the way home and your order is missing something, you will be accused of eating it and you will NOT get a refund.
What can I say? It's a fast food restaurant. Not a gourmet restaurant.

True to the brand with crunchy breaded chicken tenders, crunchy fried okra, and gallons of the sweetest tea, Chicken Express doesn’t disappoint. The food quality was great and they were keeping up though obviously a bit understaffed today. Overall a great place to get your chicken fix.
