True to the brand with crunchy breaded chicken tenders, crunchy fried okra, and gallons of the sweetest tea, Chicken Express doesn’t disappoint. The food quality was great and they were keeping up though obviously a bit understaffed today. Overall a great place to get your chicken fix.

Staff that stares at you blankly as you wait for the other staff to quit just outright ignoring you only to answer your question with a major attitude. I may be a doordasher working most of the time I visit, but I represent the customer I am delivering to and bad service to me is bad service to them... I dread every time I have to pick up an order at chicken express... because I know I'll be waiting.

I came in 15 mins before close because my dad wanted spicy chicken tenders and wouldn't settle for anything else, they made the 15 pc and biscuits without making a big deal. It may not be big to some but that's a MAJOR thing to me. Thank you Chicken Express, you saved both of our night.

Chicken Express is too expensive for bland food that they serve. Thumbs down. Although my kids love it be prepared to spend at least $50 for a family of 4 to eat and still be hungry

The chicken was perfect as was the delicious sweet rea ! The down side was the fish was overcooked but still edible. But for 13 dollars I was expecting better cooked fish.

I ordered a number one at the drive thru and the lady working the mic at the venue was so nice and great customer service. I was behind a white truck n they got done with my order and got me out quick. And the lady that brot me my food was really nice too. I drove 30 minutes to come to this chicken express and im happy they treated me with kindness, it goes along way especially when we all have things we're going through. I ofc will be back for corn nuggets!

4 words. I. Love. Working. There!! It is a nice place and the food is excellent! Our managers (one being my family) are amazing! We keep steady days and our food is very very good! Would definitely recommend the fish, best order you could get!!

I don’t know what’s happened over the last several months, but service has been terrible. Not all, but most of the kids working are rude. They barely speak or won’t and just close the window in your face. They talk over you as you try to order and explain what you need. It’s always a HUGE deal when we order hush puppies. I understand It will take a few extra minutes longer, but don’t act like you’re put out for me ordering a menu item. It costs nothing to be kind. Especially when your customer is trying to be kind and make it an enjoyable experience. Completely ruins our evening when we have to deal w rude employees. We come at least once a week. It didn’t used to be like this.
Also the tenders have been extra salty lately. Not sure what that’s about. We always get the same thing and just regular tenders.
