I don’t know what’s happened over the last several months, but service has been terrible. Not all, but most of the kids working are rude. They barely speak or won’t and just close the window in your face. They talk over you as you try to order and explain what you need. It’s always a HUGE deal when we order hush puppies. I understand It will take a few extra minutes longer, but don’t act like you’re put out for me ordering a menu item. It costs nothing to be kind. Especially when your customer is trying to be kind and make it an enjoyable experience. Completely ruins our evening when we have to deal w rude employees. We come at least once a week. It didn’t used to be like this.
Also the tenders have been extra salty lately. Not sure what that’s about. We always get the same thing and just regular tenders.
The fish was dry and rubbery. I should have gotten the chicken it's always delicious!

People are friendly and the food is good! I especially like the catfish! The corn nuggets and hushpuppies are the best sides! But, it would be nice to have a spicy option for the catfish!

This is normally my go to. Not after today. I ordered gizzards. I received gizzards covered with chicken tenders (?) and 2 boxes of salt. The food is inedible due to excessive salt and undercooking of the gizzards. Yeah, it was good while it lasted, but it’s over now. Bye chicken express.

Good but always a long wait in the drive through. Worth it though.
Service through the window is great. I always get what I ordered to a tee! Food is ok, just ok. It is overly greasy. Other locations don't grease through the bottom of the box. They need to train employees to properly drain the food.

Love the tenders, both spicy and regular. Best coleslaw around. Employees are always fast and friendly. Prices are a little high for chicken, but we like to splurge when we can.
I went to chicken express before work and got a 4 piece chicken tender on my way to work got to work opened the box and there was NO GRAVY so I called the store and the MGR said she didn't have any gravy and that she wasn't going to make any for the few customers that come through near closing. Which I thought was very unprofessional. So I called the store MGR the next day and left a message about what happened and still to this day have NOT got a response! Still waiting!!!
