“If you use the app from the Google Play Store they will mistakenly think you're Door Dash. The last two times I have ordered they refuse to hand me the bag with my purchases and place it on a nearby table. The first time I ordered here that didn't happen. This time the man mumbled something to the effect that is what they do with Door Dash orders. I called the restaurant and spoke with Tammy who identified as a member of management. She informed me that the app I am using is a Door Dash app and they charge more. However, when i asked about the prices they are exactly what is on the menu with no upcharge. She said the best way to order was either at the counter or call the place directly. We have used other Chicken Express locations, albeit not in the south central Oklahoma area and never had this problem. I will take her advice should we decide to eat here again and call them directly or just wait to arrive and order. Tammy was very pleasant and professional about the situation.

“Good pizza for the price. Sometimes you have to wait a little while but they are definitely getting better and getting the orders out in a timely manner. Stay busy pretty much while they are open. Sharon the manager is a very hard worker and very friendly“
