Couple weeks back I came up here and got a donut and croissant with ham. Donut was normal. Croissant would have been great if it had more than one slice of ham. Regardless how many times you fold it, it is still one slice of ham

Service is good. They sometimes have a little problem understanding what you want. Food is outstanding. Small place. Mainly use as a take out but does have a few tables to have coffee and donuts with friends.

This is my favorite place to get donuts. But the older lady that works the window gets my order wrong every single time and is completely rude to me all the time. I have stopped going there because of this reason. I know multiple people that have the exact same complaints about her. They need to move her off the window and put someone else on the window. From now on when I pull up in the drive thru if its her I will just leave.

I came there this morning because I was tired of Duncan Donuts terrible service. I had never been here before, and the young lady at the window was very kind to me unlike the other shop. Duncan Donuts is not worth your time or patients come here instead!! Donuts are way better and service is too.

As much as we love this place the customer service isn’t the best. I bring my boys for donuts once a week and going through the drive through I’ve never really had a problem but as we started going in, I’ve slowly started finding somewhere else to go. I had to ask if they went up in their prices at one point as I found they charged $4 for a chocolate milk- so we combatted this by no longer getting drinks there. I had paid $13 for mild at $6 on donuts/ no go for me. Then I came in last week to get a box full of an assortment as it was my son’s birthday, I couldn’t remember everything I had asked for so far so I asked her if I could look inside the box- she then saying, “WHY?!” I literally looked at her and reminded her those were MY donuts I was PAYING for and couldn’t remember what all I had asked her to put in the box thus far. I finished my transaction and just stopped where I was. I intended on getting about 6 more but stopped there because I truthfully didn’t want to spend another dime in there after that. I don’t know if we will be back or not- the donuts are great but the service experience can be horrible with the older lady.

I ordered a ham egg cheese corsaunt and I got a sausage. Started to eat it before looking took it backand told the man he gave me wrong one. He started screaming at me saying I ate most it. Well I had taken one bite that is when I noticed had give me the wrong one. After the service (being screamed at) I will never go back there.
