El Palacio Mexican Restaurant

I purchased three fish dinners! I paid $11 each tax included. When I drove home I was shocked. The meals looked like a childs meal. They had cut a single fish fillet into three pieces. I went back into El Palalcio. I said I was expecting 3 fish fillets. I said I want what I paid for. I always received 3 fish filets at any restaurant even here in the past. When I received the meal the potato inside was burnt all the way around dark brown on two of the meals. The fries were half cooked on the other meal. I asked for the manager no manager was on site till 5:00 p.m. so I was told I'll go get the chef. When the man walks out he's wearing a dirty gray t-shirt baggy pants looked terrible. Not what I was expecting. We ask where we're the fish fillets that we ordered. He said you've got three pieces of fish that's what you ordered we're just being difficult. I said these are not three fish fillets on the trays, he stated you got three pieces of fish. Then he stated the fish comes in different sizes and I can cut it any size I want. I said I just want what I paid for and that's three fish fillets on each tray so he gets sarcastic and you tell me how big a piece of fish you thank you deserve saying sarcastically making a scene in the restaurant. I asked for a refund and was refused. I said no that's fine I won't be back I've learned my lesson. After this ordeal I will never eat at El Palacio again And I would never recommend the fish!!! I usually don't complain but the treatment I received I felt other should know. And who's handling the food.

Delicious! Our family has gone here for years and the service and food is always excellent.

How is this place still open? 🤢 first time back in about 15yrs. Quickly reminded why we stopped going. never again. Not even if it was free

Definitely my last time to eat here. From overpriced to microwaved food I was extremely disappointed.

They have the best fish in town! The white fish is where it's at. Always tasty.

ElPalacio is one of my favorite places. Chips and dip served prior to meal. They FILL the chip
basket and bring you enough salsa cups for everyone to have their own, and don’t hesitate to bring you more. The queso is delicious!! The Best Chili Rellenos & Enchiladas in Duncan. The waitresses we’ve had very polite, attentive and got our orders correct.

The chile rellenos are special. They are crusty on the outside and soft and cheesy on the inside. Very good and reasonably priced.

Always good food and our waitress Mary was very good and has a great smile and attitude

Waiter was very attentive and courteous. Kept us in drinks and anything else we needed.
Everything we ordered was amazing, aside from the rice being a little overcooked. The Chile Rellenos should be in the hall of fame!

El Palacio is such a cherished part of our family's history. Growing up, I have so many fond memories of dining here whenever I’d visit. While I can’t enjoy the menu as much as I used to due to my dairy allergy, their chips and salsa remain unmatched and are literally my favorite food! We frequently make pick-up orders just for them. Thank you, El Palacio, for being such a staple in our lives. Your legacy and delicious flavors continue to bring joy to our family!

Food is still cold in the middle I seriously am disgusted cause I took my daughter and her boyfriend here today and The food was cold. My daughter asked for fajitas. They gave her two steak tacos. They didn’t give us sour cream. I had to ask again for it, Sour cream . I believe their prices should be adjusted a little bit lower since they serve cold food.

The food was nasty ? , not even close to Mexican food at all. NO hot sauce , pico de gallo,
The food I gave it zero stars I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs and I am never going back there again the food was a little pricey for three people two adults and a child .
all these Mexican places in Oklahoma are not even that great.
