I called in an order at 4:20 to make sure they had original recipe, dark meat. I was told a 20 minute wait, I waited 20 minutes, went in and it took 10 minutes to get waited on. I paid for my order, then 10 more minutes went by and someone asked what I ordered, I told him, he said they were out of that and it would be 20 minutes. I proceeded to tell them I had been waiting almost an hour all they could do was say sorry. I will NOT be going there again. This is not the first incident, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I won't make that mistake again.

I can't believe KFC is not same taste everyplace. Visiting from Iowa and very unsatisfied. Chicken wasn't extra crispy, cold slaw dry, biscuit dry. Needs a good cleaning. No one in the dining room but us. Should have been a clue.

Your typical store. Was not busy on a Saturday and the bathroom ? could use a good deep clean. No napkin in the napkin holder either.
Some of the nastiest chicken I have ever got from kfc and now I'm giving my mother a ride to pick up a order and it is 9:28 the doors are locked and I have been sitting in the drive thru for 20 min with no answer to what is going on and might I add I'm about to run our of gas so I hope kfc does a real look in to the duncan store
