Went to get a what I thought was gonna be a quick hot dinner after a long day of working ended up being 24 dollars and I had to wait for over 15 minutes got no straws had a bag of fries missing food was extremely cold not worth the money or time! Bad portions! Now here I go warming the food up and making more food!

We got our food through the drive thru. We got only 1 item as we had ordered it. My tenders were over done and dried out. My biscuit had to be put in the microwave to melt room temperature butter. I ordered mashed potatoes and got coleslaw. I ordered diet Dr. Pepper, and got diet Pepsi. I then decided to do their feedback survey, but it's not the correct info on the receipt to get there. So I Googled it, and had gotten through 15% of it before it took me back to the beginning. All my answers were gone. So my frustration level is now so high that I am leaving this review in hopes that it will help others . Please check your order before leaving the store!

Was in the drive through placed our order was ask to pull forward so we did in the meantime three other people pulled up and received their orders went back to the window to find out what was going on. Come to find out she didn’t place our order won’t be going back

this place is ridiculous. there’s barely any staff here, the service is extremely slow. they can’t even tell you how long the wait will be. at this point if they can’t keep the place staffed it should just be closed. this is embarrassing. also the place is disgusting. there’s nobody seating in the dining there’s no reason it should be this nasty.

I called in an order at 4:20 to make sure they had original recipe, dark meat. I was told a 20 minute wait, I waited 20 minutes, went in and it took 10 minutes to get waited on. I paid for my order, then 10 more minutes went by and someone asked what I ordered, I told him, he said they were out of that and it would be 20 minutes. I proceeded to tell them I had been waiting almost an hour all they could do was say sorry. I will NOT be going there again. This is not the first incident, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I won't make that mistake again.
