this place is ridiculous. thereās barely any staff here, the service is extremely slow. they canāt even tell you how long the wait will be. at this point if they canāt keep the place staffed it should just be closed. this is embarrassing. also the place is disgusting. thereās nobody seating in the dining thereās no reason it should be this nasty.

I called in an order at 4:20 to make sure they had original recipe, dark meat. I was told a 20 minute wait, I waited 20 minutes, went in and it took 10 minutes to get waited on. I paid for my order, then 10 more minutes went by and someone asked what I ordered, I told him, he said they were out of that and it would be 20 minutes. I proceeded to tell them I had been waiting almost an hour all they could do was say sorry. I will NOT be going there again. This is not the first incident, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I won't make that mistake again.

Food was bad online order changed for two meals call them thay told me thay would check it out will not go back.
I can't believe KFC is not same taste everyplace. Visiting from Iowa and very unsatisfied. Chicken wasn't extra crispy, cold slaw dry, biscuit dry. Needs a good cleaning. No one in the dining room but us. Should have been a clue.
