I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with sausage, mushrooms and black olives. I also ordered extra mushrooms and black olives. There’s no way the pizza had extra toppings on it and when I called them the manager basically told me there’s nothing he can do. Maybe they need a new manager?? I guess my point is don’t order extra toppings because you won’t get them!!

The last dozen or so times I've gotten a pepperoni from them, within a 3 week time span, the pizzas were very poor looking with about only half of the pizza had cheese on it. Very disappointing because they are my my absolute favorites!!!! Not sure if there's a cheese shortage or what but It better get resolved pretty quick because im starting to get tired of throwing the whole pizza away because there is hardly any cheese what so ever. Get some cheese back on them and I will modify my comment to one of praise!

Stopped by and got the 3 meat treat and a pepperoni pizza ! In and out in 3 minutes ! The pizzas were delicious !!

I asked the lady in the drive through if I could get an extra most bestest fresh instead of from the warmer, she said no. I asked her nicely again and said I'm willing to wait, she looked at me like I'm ruining her life and said "sure it will be 15 minutes", she took my card came back and said it will be 5 minutes instead, I already knew she was lying about making it fresh from that statement and so I waited to give her the benefit of the doubt, waited about 15 minutes and she comes out with a semi warm, old stale ass pizza that tasted like 3 day old pasta.
Crazy bread is supposed to come with crazy sauce. It’s a given and not something the customer should have to ask for. Stop shorting people money who use door dash and make sure all crazy bread orders have crazy sauce please. Thank your

This place is awful. I ordered bread and when I got my bread, it was burnt and hard as a rock. Nobody could eat it. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

My family of 4 tried to order online but the website would not work ( on 2 different devices). So we called and asked for the deal of the day, but were told it was only available online. The manager on duty also confirmed the deal was not available over the phone, even though the website would not work. We ordered for pickup over the phone and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When we arrived to pick it up, we waited in line for 28 minutes and once we got to the pick-up window, they said they did not have any order in our name. We left with NO FOOD, one hour after ordering on the phone. Later, at home with a delicious Domino's pizza, we called and spoke to the manager again. He listened to some of our introduction and told us to call back tomorrow between 9 and 5 to talk to someone else, and then hung up on us.

I got undercooked pizza, only half the order I put in, and the half they did make it was wrong. Unfortunately, I wasn't the one to pick up the order, or I would have caught it. The customer service here is severely lacking.
