I asked the lady in the drive through if I could get an extra most bestest fresh instead of from the warmer, she said no. I asked her nicely again and said I'm willing to wait, she looked at me like I'm ruining her life and said "sure it will be 15 minutes", she took my card came back and said it will be 5 minutes instead, I already knew she was lying about making it fresh from that statement and so I waited to give her the benefit of the doubt, waited about 15 minutes and she comes out with a semi warm, old stale ass pizza that tasted like 3 day old pasta.

Crazy bread is supposed to come with crazy sauce. It’s a given and not something the customer should have to ask for. Stop shorting people money who use door dash and make sure all crazy bread orders have crazy sauce please. Thank your

This place is awful. I ordered bread and when I got my bread, it was burnt and hard as a rock. Nobody could eat it. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

My family of 4 tried to order online but the website would not work ( on 2 different devices). So we called and asked for the deal of the day, but were told it was only available online. The manager on duty also confirmed the deal was not available over the phone, even though the website would not work. We ordered for pickup over the phone and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When we arrived to pick it up, we waited in line for 28 minutes and once we got to the pick-up window, they said they did not have any order in our name. We left with NO FOOD, one hour after ordering on the phone. Later, at home with a delicious Domino's pizza, we called and spoke to the manager again. He listened to some of our introduction and told us to call back tomorrow between 9 and 5 to talk to someone else, and then hung up on us.

I ordered a Detroit Supreme Pizza and got a pepperoni only partial supreme.. No Italian sausage at allNeeds Bacon also for a So called Supreme. Ate one piece . Fed the rest to my outside dogs .

The pizzas are usually great. Service is fast. The people are friendly. Their crust is the best in our little town. Their is no dine in. Any pizza is good their toppings have a fair amount.
Manager on duty does not know how to delegate is. Incompetent doesn't know how to handle their employees and handles any orders.And the portal box is a joke.

We enjoy the pizzas very much, but sometimes they are cut VERY crooked. Last time a couple of the slices were very,very narrow! Like an inch. Lol! And the bread sticks are usually undercooked and under browned. So good when properly browned! The staff are very nice.
