The blonde waitress was rude. I asked to speak to the boss and guess what it just so happened to be her mom!!! Then I guess it was her boyfriend in the back started cussing at me and my children. But the boss Velma that was this girls mom was even rude. The service there isn't worth the time or money. My children did not deserve the disrespect mazzios in duncan dished out.

A 3oz ranch was not included in my order even though I paid for it so they said just remember next time and they’ll give me ranch. 1) I don’t live in town 2) I shouldn’t have to remember. Then when I told them that they gave me attitude and patronizing asked if I wanted to come pick up a dollar because they can’t refund that. I just hung up. Double-check your order. Apparently they can’t read nor do they care.

Service could be better, often times both of the front cashiers are taking phone orders so if you are dining in, have to stand & wait several minutes to be waited on. I'm not sure why they don't divide this up better so that customers coming inside aren't standing around waiting while the guy on his couch in his underwear places his order...

Went for lunch buffet today, and it was really good! Salad bar is simple but really well put together, and the pizza options were tasteful and better quality than i expected.

Horrible horrible customer service and food experience. When picking up my pizza, the lady at the window was so nice, and told us they'd just give us a side of garlic sauce since the app wouldn't allow us to add it. Later on, while waiting on our pizza the manager came from the back and started yelling at the cashier right in front of us and going off about how we needed to be charged for garlic butter. He then came to the window and demanded we pay for it, after it had already been given to us. I ordered a combo pizza and was also not notified that they were out of toppings. I received my pizza with missing toppings and called them. The person on the phone told me they "didn't know" that they just got in when they answered the phone.. I told them I wish they had let me know they were out of toppings so I could have either ordered differently or cancelled my order. The persons response on the phone was "have a good day" and hung up on me. Not No resolution. I've tried to contact the corporate office for Mazzios several times, left messages and my phone number and got no returned call.

I ordered a medium cheese pizza with some cheese sticks and had a coupon for $14.99 When I got to the counter and showed them my coupon, They said I had to let them know that I had a coupon beforehand, even though I ordered exactly what the coupon was. And then told them what the coupon said, which Says it’s eligible for delivery pick up and drive-through. They then still tried to charge me for a huge ranch that I didn’t ask for and said they can’t give me the full coupon so I still paid $28. Y’all need to get this figured out as well as y’all’s Customer Service as y’all should be able to handle this a lot more professionally. Mind you While this is going on, they Had the manager on the phone with another customer complaining

I ordered online and I showed up later than the 25 minute wait time and they haven't even begun to make my pizzas. I gave them a second chance after I got the worst boneless wings I've ever had and still yet to get my refund after bringing 2 pizzas back and the wings. They screwed up again and I'll never order from here again. Bad business and quite frankly crooked
