She brought me my French vanilla coffee to my car with no cream and the worker ignored me when I said there's no cream in it. There is supposed to be cream in a vanilla iced coffee unless it marked off and I in fact did not. Had a long day at work I wasn't about to go back inside and deal with them a second time but I'm upset. Coffee is okay ill put cream at home but your workers should not be ignoring customers when they say something is missing from their order.

I did a special order for pancakes and two McMuffin style (fresh cooked eggs). I'm on a diet and can not have pork products (sausage/bacon). They made it real fast and had it to me fast.

My family has been to this store countless times. I usually don’t get my hash brown with my meal and we always have to ask for a spoon or salt and pepper or they don’t have $1 bills for cash change. I would vote for comprehensive testing for the employees. I know they need jobs, but do a good job. The owner needs to answer all complaints! Someone is paying for higher reviews. Definitely not customers here.

We went through the drive through to place an order. The girl that took our order was fine until we asked for fresh fries and extra crispy nuggets. We decided to check our order bc this hasn't been the first time for this to happen. They are definitely not made that way on any of it. We asked the girl at the drive through, while the manager was standing there and a few other employees standing there looking at us and told us they were. They were soggy and tasted like they were there for a while. Ridiculous.

About 2 or 3 weeks ago I went through the drive through and was missing half my food. I called the manager and told him I couldn't come back because I was at work. I was informed he would make a note that I was owed food. 2 days later I went back and was denied the food I was owed because "I wasn't told so I can't give it away." Today I go through the drive and get home and wouldn't you know it I'm missing 3 sandwiches. I go back to get them and low and behold there's a man ahead of me who is also missing food from his order. Terrible service as always Duncan McDonald's. Btw you still owe me either money or the food I was denied the first time. Maybe it's the leadership there that's the problem.

Very clean environment. Service is fast inside and drive thru. Bathrooms are clean, and so is the lobby and play area. Employees have awesome attitudes that match the atmosphere. Definitely recommend this mcdonalds over any of the ones I've been to.
I can order a single beverage and I will be asked to pull forward and wait 5 mins.

This McDonald's is privately owned and for 2 years I personally know someone who worked the Holidays and was not paid Holiday pay ..This is frustrating!!! It's just that if you have to take away from your family You should get HOLIDAY PAY..
