I’m a frequent breakfast purchaser. The last 3 times have been terrible — you guys are slacking, hard. Wrong orders, making customers pull up to beat your silly timer. Guy this morning taking my order didn’t know what the spicy pepper sauce was. Original order: 2 sausage biscuits add cheese and spicy pepper sauce, 1 bacon McGriddle no egg What we got: 1 PLAIN sausage biscuit, 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit, McGriddle had egg. Can’t use the app either because that also gets the order messed up. Ridiculous.

I wish the app had more modification options, but none the less. When I placed an order on the app and arrived at the drive thru, I needed to make a change that the app doesn’t offer. Chakobee (i hope I spelled that right) went out of her way to go to the cooks and make sure my order was made correctly. I know it’s a small gesture but most employees would have just said it was taken care of and moved on, though it may have never been mentioned. She’s a star and I hope everyone appreciates her immaculate customer service.

I go here quite often with my grandma for Frappe's and 90% of the time they make it correctly. Also when I ask for a PLAIN cheese burger and get a regular burger the majority of the time absolutely sucks!

I love this place for the kids. They still have a playground inside. It's perfect for a hot or rainy day.
Service was quick. Had to wait for frappes. Saw at least 5 employees look my way before anyone came and checked on me.

She brought me my French vanilla coffee to my car with no cream and the worker ignored me when I said there's no cream in it. There is supposed to be cream in a vanilla iced coffee unless it marked off and I in fact did not. Had a long day at work I wasn't about to go back inside and deal with them a second time but I'm upset. Coffee is okay ill put cream at home but your workers should not be ignoring customers when they say something is missing from their order.

I did a special order for pancakes and two McMuffin style (fresh cooked eggs). I'm on a diet and can not have pork products (sausage/bacon). They made it real fast and had it to me fast.
