The food was ok, it’s probably the most of italian food you can get here. The atmosphere is ok also. We were feeling pretty bad when waitresses served us without even a small sparkle of hospitality.

I was driving pass through this town on a business trip and thought this place would be nice to have lunch. I regretted as I find it very disappointing how bad the services is. The food was okay.

Normally Service Is Excellent, Waitresses are usually Tentative and the food is delicious , But This is The Second Time in a Row That The Food And service has ultimately sucked , waitress couldn’t follow proper order , waited an hr and a half before someone could apologize for the wait , I set my cup on the side of the table to indicate more to drink seeing how I have waited 15+ Minutes For Service as she walks by Looks at my cup and then keeps going until I Say something to flag her attention , we get the food , the taste sucks the food smells disgusting which is why I’m holding onto the toilet currently , there will not be round 3 for service, I was a fan of Napoli Restaurant, But As of the terrible Situation and Experience with service and food , I am sorry I have shut this restaurant down and added it to my nolonger doing business with list like I did to Applebees , high prices shitty service terrible Quality food - Napolis - Our Food will send you to the golden throan with a trash can at your feet and have you blowing out your bowels at the same time ***** So Disappointed — *** Had the seafood special*

Don’t let the look of the outside turn you away. The food was great, was greeted when we walked in, was checked on and the atmosphere was very nice. A good place for a romantic night out.

just super sweet people whether it be the customers or the servers to the kitchen staff to the managers. everyone here treats everyone with the same care and it makes it a genuinely inviting place with warm smiles and delicious food:)

I'm vegetarian and can only eat a couple dishes there but the eggplant dish is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is great and the place doesn't have distracting TV's like other restaurants. And the rolls are to die for too!
Vegetarian options: Only a handful of dishes are vegetarian as is on the menu- but that's a lot more than other restaurants around.
Food is gross I won't say why on here but never eating there again!!!!!!!!🤢
Worst meal ever! I ordered chicken picatta meal. Tasted like frozen grilled chicken that had been microwaved. The chicken was undercooked and I recook it when it got home to get rid of the pinkness. Pasta was spaghetti in the most tasteless sauce I’ve had. It was awful. Now keep in mind I love chicken picatta and have eaten it at several restaurants and have made it at home. Chicken piccata is a lightly breaded sautéed chicken breast, then it’s usually penne pasta not spaghetti and it’s the sauce is typically a creamy lemon butter sauce. Napoli’s chicken pi arts is nothing at all like chicken picatta. The cook has no idea what he is doing. Meal came with a side salad. Salads brown iceberg ( I had to pick out brown pieces before I could eat and the ranch dressing was the kind you buy at store. Yucky. The bread was just ok. I ended up throwing the entire meal out after one or two bites. $20 wasted!
Terrible restaurant don’t eat there.
