Not a great experience. Ordered 1 pizza. It took 15 minutes longer than they said it would take to pick it up. Same for the people in front of us. Pizza ingredients weren't the freshest. Associates were nice at least.

When I ordered online I was trying to do a delivery. I must have not realized it was set up for carry out. Once I realized I called the store and the 2 guys I talked to were so helpful in fixing it and getting it fixed to delivery. Within seconds of hanging up the phone I got a text that the driver was on the way. We love our local papa John’s!!

I'm in from vacation from Arizona order Papa John's here in Duncan Oklahoma one of the worst pizzas one of the worst pizzas we have had the told me it would be here in 30 to 35 minutes we waited on hour never show up so I call told be it would be another 5 minutes I said ok 42 more minutes went by so I call the back he said that my order had be delivered I said no he say driver left it aty door when and look was there driver never knock on door or rang door bell who knows how long it was out there wait I do it was cold and nasty will never get pizza from there again

The Papadia was delicious with Pepperoni, green peppers and onions. The pizza was delicious as well with BBQ sauce, chicken and bacon!
