Placed an order online went to pick it up was notified. The order was not complete because credit card was declined. I called the credit card company. The problem was not with the company. It was with the restaurant. The restaurant denied the card. If this is how they’re gonna trade customers I will not be back

My friend and I are from Texas and this was our first time into the Rib Crib.. we were sat immediately and waited on promptly for our drinks. As we were ordering our food the waitress ( didn't get her name) hovered over the table as she wrote our order on a pad. We each ordered a sandwich plate and 1 appetizer. We waited for a long time for the appetizer, in fact it came to the table just a couple of minutes before the entree. We each ordered the chopped brisket and he ordered hot links with his. The brisket was dry and chewy as well as the bun it was served on. We thought that the best part of the meal was the chips and queso. Queso was a white cheese with peppers. It tasted like a goat cheese. I will be trying another BBQ place in town to see if it compares to Texas BBQ. This place absolutely does not!

This place has gotten so good lately! If it has been a while go back and give them a chance!!! Amazing!!!! I recommend the Santa Fe Spud and chips and salsa and queso! We have been making this our routine go to lately!!!! Great food! Great prices! Amazing service!

Nobody will read this long rant but this was bad, after a long 12+ hour day or hard work.
Placed an order for pick at at 7:20pm and was told 15 mins. I arrived at 7:30 to be barely great by two young girls talking about college supplies. I mentioned my name for pick up an they said it'd be ready in a second. I proceeded to wait until 8:00pm until my food came out. I checked it right at the hostess table because it just felt like it was messed up. All the food looked cold but the fries were extremely cold. I asked the hostess if I could get new fries and she said sure but walked away before I could give her both orders that needed replacing. As she was replacing I noticed I they didn't have my pie and ice cream that my wife specifically wanted me to check on. Once the waitressed arrived back with the warm (not hot) fries I mentioned I still was missing my pie and ice cream, she went back and checked again. Once she came back she said it was a mistake and was never rang in and that it would be another 10 mins for the pie and ice cream. I confirmed that I didn't pay for it originally and left. I live less than 5 mins away and by the time I got home everything was just disgusting. My wifes mash potatoes were extremely cold, my mac and cheese looked to be days old and was watery at the bottom. She got the two meat and I got the three meat and thank God there was sauce because all of the meat needed it.
We have given this pace a handful of tries but just keep getting disappointed it seems at every attempt. Good luck Rib Crib, I'm sure you don't need my business anyway but probably won't be going here for a long time.
