Nobody will read this long rant but this was bad, after a long 12+ hour day or hard work.
Placed an order for pick at at 7:20pm and was told 15 mins. I arrived at 7:30 to be barely great by two young girls talking about college supplies. I mentioned my name for pick up an they said it'd be ready in a second. I proceeded to wait until 8:00pm until my food came out. I checked it right at the hostess table because it just felt like it was messed up. All the food looked cold but the fries were extremely cold. I asked the hostess if I could get new fries and she said sure but walked away before I could give her both orders that needed replacing. As she was replacing I noticed I they didn't have my pie and ice cream that my wife specifically wanted me to check on. Once the waitressed arrived back with the warm (not hot) fries I mentioned I still was missing my pie and ice cream, she went back and checked again. Once she came back she said it was a mistake and was never rang in and that it would be another 10 mins for the pie and ice cream. I confirmed that I didn't pay for it originally and left. I live less than 5 mins away and by the time I got home everything was just disgusting. My wifes mash potatoes were extremely cold, my mac and cheese looked to be days old and was watery at the bottom. She got the two meat and I got the three meat and thank God there was sauce because all of the meat needed it.
We have given this pace a handful of tries but just keep getting disappointed it seems at every attempt. Good luck Rib Crib, I'm sure you don't need my business anyway but probably won't be going here for a long time.

They need a Senior menu. The portion sizes are too big for smaller appetites. While there is a kid's menu, it is very limited. They allow you to order the smaller portion but don't give you the drink and dessert that are given to the kids. It's also very loud.

Went to lunch at about 1:30 pm on a Monday. After 5 minutes or so our waitress showed up for our drink order. She finally brought the drinks to the table after 15 minutes in a empty restaurant. Ordered our foods and after a short while our foods arrived. I had ordered the baked potato off the pick 2 menu and stated I didn't want a 2 choice. I got 2 baked potatoes and the one I tried to eat wasn't even luke warm. After 20 minutes the waitress showed up having never checking to see if we needed our drinks refreshed or how our foods tasted. Don't think we will go back.

My mash potato's had mac and cz underneath top layer also sausage was cold took little bit for refills wife's onion rings cold. Lack of management on floor obvious no one came by to apologize or act on mistakes.Waiter did bring new mash potatoes that was very hot compared to before.

I ordered a Santa Fe Spud. It had no beans no corn it was barely warm. The staff appeared to be busy socializing with the other staff more than the customers. I've been going here since it opened in Duncan. Really disappointing. The team work process of service here appears to be broken. I guess I'll pass on eating here for some time unless I hear from locals things have improved. Usually give 2 thumbs up for effort, but it just wasn't here.

Wow. We're full time travelers. We were passing thru, and decided to stop. Had the pulled pork and brisket. Was fantastic. Jenna in the bar took care of us.

The real American feeling when you get inside. First night I had a salad- it was great. The second night I had a burger- it was really great but when I got back home I wasn’t feeling good in my stomach. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant looks very good.
The best ribs I have had in a long time. Service was excellent, very friendly and helpful.

When you sit over 15 min waiting to be waited on and there are only 5 other tables in the restaurant there is a problem that needs to be addressed by the manager. We never even got a drink. So we left. If they had been busy we would have been more understanding.

They wouldn’t give me rewards and they had no way to use gift cards online and they were just in all honesty not helpful and they didn’t give me a receipt to claim my rewards that way. Ordered six meals and we waited inside and they are all cold not even warm just cold
