Sonic has always been a good place to eat but this visit my husband's steak sandwich and pickle fries were served cold. Very expensive. The menu is hard to see for passengers. Best if there is a second menu straight ahead.

I go to Sonic almost every day. Mostly for Shakes or Drinks. They are always great. I think the prices are a bit high on the food. Well, unless you are friends with the main cook Billy then you get NO CHARGE , HE WILL JUST STEAL IT FOR YOU.

Didn't get my order right. I asked for no bun for my hamburger, and it had one, asked for unsweetened tea and got sweet tea. I can't blame the runner she did have them fix it. Food was hot that was a plus.
I ordered chili cheese tater tots. The tots had clearly been sitting for well over an hour, they where ice cold inside, even though the chili was steaming hot and some of them where so hard I couldn't even bite into them. Employees will only do what management allows.

I use the app to order, and then go pick it up. Every time I go to pick it up and get home they get something wrong. Like they leave out stuff that I paid for. Order five chicken tenders and only got three. They consistently get the order wrong even though it's clearly on the app. I guess following a simple order instructions through the app is not a requirement to work here. It doesn't happen once it happens every single time that I have placed an order which is about 3 to 4 times a month. Would not recommend going here unless you want to check every single thing from sauces to what flavor drink you really got every single time before you leave. They have yet to get an order right
