I used Doordash bc my car was being serviced. Food great, doordashers are usually nice. Today my food was tossed on the porch, I said thank you twice just to be ignored. Her life must suck.

Cancelled my DoorDash order and now they won’t answer the store phone to figure out why it was cancelled
I ordered through door dash, my food was cold when it was toasted and there wasn't that much sauce and not much product on the #20 Elite CBR sub that was not worth $15

Me and my partner had subway for dinner December 14th at 6pm today December 15 2024 we are both having signs of food poisoning nausea diarrhea abdominal cramps and everything that comes with it , I have been through this before and have had food poisoning before and it’s clear subway in Duncan is to blame for this , check y’all’s garbage and quality of food and make sure your staff know how to properly prepare and date the food in the fridge and correctly handle , this should have never happened and will be reporting this to the Oklahoma state department of health two people sick after eating at your restaurant last night isn’t that a coincidence.

PROs: Team at this location was friendly and inviting, true craftsman’s of their work. Restaurant was clean and tidy, food was made fresh and the lady that helped us was really nice
CONS: parking was really tight, and somewhat beat up parking lot.

My husband went in there on Veterans Day to get a free sandwich. It was advertised on their website that they offer free sandwich and he went in and they said no we don’t do that. We don’t honor them. We don’t we don’t do that for them so I wouldn’t recommend this place if you can honor your veterans close to Fort Seale Oklahoma we won’t be going back very disappointed.

Not usually one to leave negative reviews but this experience was just ridiculous. I went during lunch rush so the line was really long. Not impatient at all. Completely understood. I also understood why the employees were moving as fast as they could to get through the line. HOWEVER, they were moving way too fast. I was way back at the bread while they were asking me what veggies I wanted. So I told them but they were already throwing everything on before I could actually watch. With the signs on the glass and the 6 plus people in front of me I didn’t really get to see what was happening with my sandwich. The beauty of subway is that you GET TO SEE what they put on, how much, tell them “when” etc. they had my sandwich rolled up in paper and at the register before I even got to veggies meanwhile everyone before me and after me was standing at the glass to watch what they were doing. I know I wasn’t singled out by any means. Just kind of got stuck in the middle of the hustle is all. Anyway, so I asked to set my sandwich before I paid for it. For just under $20 I felt I have a right to make sure things are right. The lady at the register gave me a HATEFUL look and that’s saying it politely. Sure enough, my sandwich didn’t have onions like I asked, maybe 5 banana peppers, not enough Mayo, I asked for vinegar, if it was put on there it wasn’t enough, and WAY TOO MUCH SALT. The food is fresh, the atmosphere is light, the place is clean. I’ve never had a problem there but getting looked at the way I did really hit a nerve. Everything is so expensive these days. There shouldn’t be a problem with people wanting their food right especially for the amount of money spent on it. SLOW DOWN and be kind.
