Have ordered on Door dash for my personal food many times and picked it up though the drive though tonight I was told that I couldn’t do that and had even told the guy I was NOT A DELIVERY DRIVER!!! still got my food then another guy came up and said next time to get it inside, what’s the convince of that? Then when I had tried to ask the guy when did this become a thing he slammed the window in my face. Terrible customer service

I got me some tacos, some Sancho and some deluxe Sancho and some combination burritos and brought it back home to Oklahoma City me and my family enjoyed it I used to work for taco Tico in Tulsa Oklahoma years ago a brought back memories. The food was delicious thank you.

This is one of my favorite taco places outside of my home state of Texas. Their service is fantastic, they're incredibly understanding of my cilantro-soap situation and very helpful to work around it and their food is absolutely delicious.

Terrible experience tonight. I worked late every night this week. Its Friday night and I have to get up very early. So, we decide to get dinner out. I placed my order and asked the girl that took my money to please make sure there was salsa in the taco salads, she even responded what kind of salsa. When I get home there was no salsa with the salad. So yet again dry taco salad. Come on, it isn't so difficult to get the order correct and your still charging full price. Your better than that.

I LOVE me some Taco Tico. Sadly, we no longer have one close to us. We went out of our way by about 30 miles to stop in. I love a Sancho with Reaper sauce, and it did not disappoint. My husband does Taco burgers with reaper sauce. We also get extras to go, minus veggies to freeze and have at another time.
