CONs: this has to be the tightest seating in any fast food establishment, lady taking my order was really soft spoken so I couldn’t hear her very well throughout the ordering process, food was warm/ not hot

I ordered on doordash tonight and it seems like the closing crew just don't care. I ordered a double stack burger meal that came with fry, 4 piece nuggets, and a drink. I also ordered 6 piece spicy chicken nuggets and a small chili. The burger patties are hard and very dry. I don't think I really wanna know how long its been sitting out. I'm completely missing my 6 piece spicy nuggets. Also was given a crusty busted open honey mustard packet. At least the fries and chili are somewhat okay. I get that people are ready to go home close to closing but it also doesn't mean you can sacrifice guests experiences for your own laziness. Definitely not getting anything at night from this location.

Fast food has had better but also worse. The saucy nuggs were quite good. The chicken and beef burger lacked any spice, which seems to be normal in Amiland.
The employees were polite and quick, however, when I received my drink it was not full. If I am going to pay the price I am for my food and drink, I want a full cup.

The drive through drops water through your open window. I ordered the baconator because it doesn't come with lettuce and tomato and asked for now bun. So they put it between 2 pieces of lettuce. I AM ALLERGIC TO LETTUCE!!!!!!!!!! The wait time was 15 minutes at the drive through. I used to manage Wendy's in New England. This is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! Also I asked for a side of mayo for my fries and got none!!!!! I am literally angry at myself for wasting my money!!!!
