This is by far the worst 7 brew I have been to.... EVERYTIME I come here they get something wrong. EVERYTIME. They are too worried abiut moving quickly and not getting your order correct. Last time I will be here because everytime I go its just a waste of money and I have to end up going to Starbucks anyways. Have fun wasting your money on things they will not add to your add to your drink. Paying for extras for no reason. Trash.
And like I said, this is the 4th time.... I gave them more than one chance... but 4 times in a row???? Will not be returning here.

I ordered two coffees for a long day of driving. My iced German Chocolate with salted Caramel foam was delicious and gone in a slurpš I tend to drink cold coffee a bit too fast but in my defense, it was delicious! However, the hot coffee just didn't do it for me. It was plenty hot but lacked in the flavor department. Just not my cup of, er um coffee... I did not try any food. It is important to note that this location was strictly drive or walk up. The young woman that took my order was pleasant, professional and wiped my cups to insure they would not leave a sticky mess in my hands. A service I greatly appreciated. There were two lines for the drive through, one for cats and another to accommodate taller vehicles like my RV, so the wait was very brief. Would I go again? For an iced coffee, sure. For a hot coffee, I'd likely choose a different vendor.

We had the seasonal pumpkin drinks and they were phenomenal! My wife being a type 1 diabetic really enjoys 7brew since most everything can be sugar free!

Everytime Iāve come here the service has never been good. They always have an attitude acting as if Iām bothering them at their work. The night crew specifically around 8. 2 girls 1 with blue hair and some guy smh do better!!

Worst possible ācustomer serviceā that I have ever experienced at this location. Not only did the two young ladies continue to look at me sitting there but couldnāt stop their conversation to come and take my order like they do everybody else in line, but also the young man who prepared my drink sat it down next to the girl who continue to talk and approximately two minutes later he came back out, reached over and got the drink and handed it to me, and she still did not break in conversation at all. You know boyfriend talk is so much more important I guess. Itās extremely disappointing and I know that myself and my family will not visit this location ever again.

Went to a different location than my normal. The one in Edmond is where I went and I was very disappointed. The workers werenāt friendly. The girl at the window bringing drinks to the cars wasnāt greeting anyone. She talked to her coworker the entire time I sat there waiting for my drink. Never once did she say hello. Not one word to me, only to her colleagues. Not cool!

Read all lowest reviews they have a trend here and clearly dont care . You want watered down drinks and be blamed after . Go to 7 brew on nw 39 . The edmond location is always bad service and make drinks in correct consistently.

Very disrespected there from Lauren than a manager name Nathen didnāt take what we said in consideration there was a problem with Lauren she has zero customer service very rude girl Nathan is not caring about his customers and where his paycheck comes from ! Soraya is very rude did not handle nothing we said she was the third one we tried to talk to I donāt know what the problem was Starting with Lauren to this day we will not go back those other coffee places with better service! And they donāt know how to get the coffee right theyāve been putting half-and-half when I asked for 2% I get the sugar-free drink!
