Soooo authentic and delicious! Wonderful vibes, great attention by staff, and filling portions! Loved the access to a self-serve sweets and sauce bar to enhance the culinary experience. An absolute must try! Will be back so so soon.

Oh man, this place is awesome! The food is super good and the variety is incredible. The interior and ambiance is fantastic. The staff is super nice and helpful. Get the pork intestine (BBQ or fried) and don't be scared - it's super good. I came here by myself and ate my weight in assorted meats, and it was the best decision ever. I'm very glad Edmond has a place like this now. I can't wait to come back!

The staff is friendly, though they say their English is not very good, but she spoke English pretty well! We got the super spicy lamb broth and the tomato soup base. Everything we ordered was delicious! I particularly liked the beef tongue meat for the hotpot and the beef and enoki mushroom skewers.Update: We took the leftover soup home and reheated it with some nappa cabbage and bok choy and it was fantastic!

So my family and I ate there last night, I personally really enjoyed everything that we ordered. We chose the mild spicy butter broth and the bone broth, both were very tasty but the mild spicy was actually too spicy for me. Even though I couldn’t stop eating it?We chose the ribeye, beef and pork as our meats and we also got the lobster and fish balls. The veggie basket and mushroom baskets were also solid choices for us.This place in my opinion is just as good as places in Dallas that I’ve tried out and so happy to see Chinese hot pot closer to home!If you’ve never tried this cuisine be sure to give yourself ample time to sit eat and enjoy! This isn’t fast food by any means!Great food, great service!*they just recently opened so be patient?

We really enjoyed our visit on Monday! My family got the two soup special with super spicy lamb broth on one side and tomato soup base. I really liked the beef tongue meat for the hotpot and the vegetables set. My son's favorite skewers was the sheep stones. I can't remember what else we got, but it was all delicious! I'm not as brave as my husband and son eating the organ meats, but they were very happy so I will take their word for it that it was tasty! It was very expensive, but I realized that before we went so it wasn't a surprise or anything. I think it was worth the money.

We ordered the bbq and the fried skewers. The bbq is better, a tad too much seasoning though. The garlic cucumber appetizer was decent but cut in too big chunks. The oysters were large, plump and juicy, but unnecessarily a bit too expensive at $9 each. Seems like all the other tables ordered hotpot, so maybe that's where it's at, will have to try next time.

Thought the overall service was ok - good variety of ingredients. A little hard to reach the hot pot itself if you are small or short. Clean, comfortable, more modern than traditional. Variety of cuts and seafood. Vegetarian friendly broth is available.

The waiters were very nice and the environment was very good. However, I was shocked when the food was served. There was only one oyster per serving and it sold for 8.99. It was a sky-high price. As long as it was written down how many oysters there were, it would not be a trap!

Came here wanting some hotpot in a cold day, wasn’t dissatisfied so to speak with the food or service, but felt the menu could use some updating to say the least. The “mild” spicy should just be called “spicy”, it was filled with red chili peppers and made the meal hard to enjoy. They obliged to add water to lessen the heat, but it still didn’t change much. And they also charge you $3 to get sauces from the “self service snack bar” which is really just some canned fruit, sliced oranges and a slew of sauces that should’ve been worked into the already expensive prices of everything else. All in all I spent almost $100 on something I could’ve got for 2/3 the price at other local hot pot places, and wasn’t even that satisfied really. Food wasn’t bad, service was good, but the pricing and menu just didn’t make sense and I couldn’t help but feel taken advantage of.
