I'm a new customer this happened on my second visit I spent 30 dollars for the family I was made to pick a specialty pizza after explaing I just wanted peporni I understand policy but that's allemy grandbabies eat is peporni so I didn't know what to get I've worked pizza for 15 yts and supervised for 7 at little Caesars in Moore she could of took off the sausage and Canadian but would not not only was the service terrible but so was that specialty pizza it was burnt and had air pockets All over literally one bite by my son and the rest was trashed so my family of seven ate onone lg when I called the next evening I talked to Brian he would not replace my pizza unless I brought the other back which I understand but I didn't ask for the whole order just that nasty cb, sausage and pepperoni which I want to say it was already made for a while because it looked plastic but my son threw it away not knowing I was going to call with a complaint when I called Bryan the store manager he refused me because I didn't have it I'm 52 I have no reason to lie and basically that's what it came to in so many words.i Will not be back and I'm a big deal in Edmond word of mouth hurts please address this problem before that store causes more loss Im out 20 and I today's society money is hard and tight I feel he should of replaced that one pizza I would of been back as well as referring them to my coworkers and friends.instesd if I'm asked I will shake my head hell no if they mess up that don't help replace s... Store manager for sure highly unprofessional in my opinion worst experience in a pizza plaza ever and I'm not exaggerating.ty Donna Hinton,the lady that answered was who waited on me as well so she didn't speak up either in my work history customer is usually 99 right so replace or retrain the store in Edmond Oklahoma on second Street

Raven at all American on second St. in Edmond lacks customer service in a terrible way. I placed the order online at 10:55 AM. It is currently 11:51 AM and her response to me was we had to order to come in and I can’t do anything about the online order sending you a confirmation indicating your pizza would be ready at 11: 10 although I understand she does not control the online ordering there was nothing even as simple as an apology for any inconvenience from her. She was argumentative and had a nasty attitude! Victor, the store manager was somewhat apologetic, but then followed up with Raven was in a bad mood. Who Care

The Edmond location on east Edmond Rd. States they are open until 9 pm. I started calling at 845 to order at Pizza. After 3 calls & no one answering the phone, I thought maybe they were to busy to answer. I live 3 to 4 minutes away & figured I'd order when I got there. I arrived at 8:53. They were locked up, lights out. My thought is..If you stop answering the phone at 845. Maybe reflect that in your closing time, or at least answer the phone & say we quit taking orders at 845, or have a recorded answer. Definitely don't say open till 9, when you are not.I had friends visiting from out of town & had bragged how good your pizzas are..I guess they'll never know. Thank you. Dawn

Somehow customer service is lacking. My son went in to get a ball of dough. He is a kid. He doesn’t know. He came back with an old opened up crusted ball. I went back in and asked the Karen to kindly exchange for a not crusted one. She rudely told me I have to wait and she can not take it back. After being on the phone she came back with another ball. I said thank you She rudely told me I had to keep it. She was very adamant on me keeping it. Wow I guess she is miserable or is racist. I had to keep the crusted ball. She could not see throw it away. Thought she was going to call the police Rude lady Wednesday 1:45pm SHM. Let me guess… I was rude to her. Good job All American Pizza on hiring the finest people

I’m given this place five stars.( food and service ) People at the store are outstanding. Great customer service, friendly as hell. Listens and pays attention to what you tell them when ordering your pizza. The place on Penn has turned into a joke. They can never get it right. I mean, how hard is it to add extra sauce and cut it into squares. ( it’s a big problem for them )
