The Edmond location on east Edmond Rd. States they are open until 9 pm. I started calling at 845 to order at Pizza. After 3 calls & no one answering the phone, I thought maybe they were to busy to answer. I live 3 to 4 minutes away & figured I'd order when I got there. I arrived at 8:53. They were locked up, lights out. My thought is..If you stop answering the phone at 845. Maybe reflect that in your closing time, or at least answer the phone & say we quit taking orders at 845, or have a recorded answer. Definitely don't say open till 9, when you are not.I had friends visiting from out of town & had bragged how good your pizzas are..I guess they'll never know. Thank you. Dawn

Somehow customer service is lacking. My son went in to get a ball of dough. He is a kid. He doesn’t know. He came back with an old opened up crusted ball. I went back in and asked the Karen to kindly exchange for a not crusted one. She rudely told me I have to wait and she can not take it back. After being on the phone she came back with another ball. I said thank you She rudely told me I had to keep it. She was very adamant on me keeping it. Wow I guess she is miserable or is racist. I had to keep the crusted ball. She could not see throw it away. Thought she was going to call the police Rude lady Wednesday 1:45pm SHM. Let me guess… I was rude to her. Good job All American Pizza on hiring the finest people

Listens and pays attention to what you tell them when ordering your pizza. The place on Penn has turned into a joke. They can never get it right. I mean, how hard is it to add extra sauce and cut it into squares. ( it’s a big problem for them )

I have ordered All American, specifically from this location too many times to count. No issues always love it. Tonight I ordered 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni and a veggie pizza (2 pizzas). The middle was dough. I was shocked, has never happened. I called to let them know, they offered to re make and I picked it up. Got home and same thing. I called back to let them know to check their oven, they didn’t have to re make my order, but that something was wrong. I was told “yea veggie pizzas are just more watery”. I was like um no, I’ve been ordering here countless times this exact order. Something is wrong just wanted you to know. And then she hung up.So if a manager is reading this please know something is going on either with your oven or who is cooking it.
We knew the estimated time was going to be 45 minutes after the order was taken and took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. It was delicious but I hope they can speed up their delivery times on the weekends.

Ordering online, and all of your sides are more expensive when you add them onto a pizza as a combo during the pizza creation. And cheaper when you add the side by itself, after you create the pizza. That is really wierd to charge 90cents more for cheese bread, and 50cents more for a 2 liter, as an addition to a combo. That adds up over time. Considerably.

I order simple or premade pizzas and haven't ever had an issue with incorrect orders or extra ingredients. Pizza is always fresh and delicious for a great price.
