I was just standing in line. Where it say order! Man behind the counter helping another customer. When a lady comes up and stands behind lady that is being helped. After he's done he starts helping the lady that just walked up! Like really you clearly seen me when I first walked up before this Lady!!! Like after that kind of service. I will take my freaking money somewhere else! I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!

Ordered from website for delivery from the 2nd street location in Edmond. I see it is the lowest rated. Only option for delivery was DoorDash. Both safety seals broken. Called store and young woman couldn’t be less concerned. Refused to do anything. When I asked for a manager she hung up.

Kid behind the counter is absolutely dreadful to deal with and their advertised prices aren’t correct. I mentioned that the the TV and the wall says $7.99 but he was charging more and he just looked at me like I was lost or he was lost. I’ll stick with a better company next time.

Ordered ahead of time and finished shopping for my new granddaughter. Got there to pick up my order 1 minute early and the guy says it’s coming out. Watched two other customers get their orders and they put one on the conveyor. I looked to see if it was mine. It was a half and half. 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be done I watched the guy put the half and half in their warmer. That’s when I started bitching about it. And I told him what I just said in this post and one minute later my order was in the window. WHY GIVE AN ESTIMATED TIME IF IT MEANS NOTHING. WILL NOT ORDER FROM ANY ALL AMERICAN PIZZA AGAIN AFTER THIS

horrible experience,mobile ordered a small pizza 15 mins before i got there,sat down for 25 minutes before someone came to me asking what kind of pizza i had and that they havent got it started yet?sat for another 10 minutes they bring a large cheese pizza asking if that would cover the wait and when we asked if were still getting our pepperoni pizza that we ordered he gave us a thumbs up and was very rude.sat and waited ANOTHER 25 mins before we got our small pepperoni pizza

And let me tell you what I find to be one of the most important things: “Thank you for your business.” It takes an older fella to make it a point to say that, because he understands the importance of the choice to do business there. This is a great place for pizza. I've never been disappointed by the quality at other locations but this one might be my new favorite.We ordered the supreme pizzas with stuffed crust and it is probably the best stuffed crust I've had in awhile. The bread sticks are fantastic, garlicky, and soft.I ordered Alfredo sauce cups and got ranch, couldn't be upset because the ranch is pretty good too!
They messed up my order then promised to make it right. Wrote my number down with name, this seems to be so they can ignore your calls. Then I call from another number they hung up on me, so no ownership of their mistakes. Which is sad I would have continued my business with them even with the mistake. But you can't replace customer service. Biggest part I just started working 3 miles away. Cicis, dominos and little Caesars are 1-2 more away, guess it is on to option 2
