A very cool and cute brewery in Edmond! I particularly love that they play alternative music (something that seems rather rare in most establishments). I also appreciate that they have non-alcoholic options! I got their watermelon mint mocktail and it was delicious.
I cannot stress how much I enjoyed this brewery. The taproom has a great vibe with plenty of seating (inside and out). The beers are absolutely outstanding. I had a mix of styles and every one of them was an excellent version. Lager, Sour, Stout, IPA were all amazing.

Sarah at american solera was incredibly friendly and provided amazing recommendations. She had a watermelon mojito mocktail that was exceptionally good. I really want to keep coming back to try more of her creations.
