I'll admit it's probably too quiet. But, it's about the food! I was fixed one of the best sandwiches I have had in years. Anywhere, and I travel! It was a turkey on toasted bread. That sounds too simple. But it wasn't. The sandwich is full of other ingredients, there wasn't an inch without meat! It was cut perfectly, it was toasted perfectly. I actually finished my food in one sitting. I didn't even have enough time for lunch, I was technically picking up my passenger. From the time I got it, and the time I got into my vehicle the sandwich was gone. Amazing I can't wait to eat there again 😋

This Arby’s needs new management or all new employees because we sat in the drive through for 40 mins and when we got to the window our food was ready sitting in a bag and no one gave it to us until 10 mins later. We watched the employees inside do nothing the entire 10 mins but stand around. Then they finally handed us our food and we know it had been ready the whole time because nothing was added to the bag before they handed it to us.

There's nothing worse to me then buying a combo meal from Arby's and my curly fries aren't hot. It's totally unhealthy deep fried food but when you get hot crispy curly fries they taste amazing! Usually make up for the crappy sandwich. So ask them are they fresh and worth wait because the sandwiches are horrible mostly and if that big tub of fries isn't right out the fryer then hopefully you went with the large drink to make that food go down.
I came and ordered a roast beef gyro and it was picture perfect, all the employees were super nice and friendly. 10/10 highly recommend

Absolutely worst service ever. Ordered online, was told they didn't have shakes, would substitute sodas, which are much cheaper. I asked for a refund. Brittany, told me she "did not appreciate my attitude" When I recovered from the shock of her rudeness, I said, you don't have what I ordered & you are refusing to give me a refund, how is my attitude wrong. "Well, it just is". I asked her name & preceeded to the window. She was not there. A nice young man named Ronan was. I asked him for a refund, no Mgr on site. He couldn't give me the full refund. He did give the mgrs number & of course it went to voice mail. I asked for a call back tonight, still no call. I asked why Brittany didn't have the nerve to come to the window. His relay "I'm running interference because I don't know what she will do to you" Seriously?????? This is completely inexcusable. I worked retail for over 40 years. Never have I experienced anything like this. I have emailed corporate. Absolute shitshow.

This is the second time in a few months at this location on Sante Fe in Edmond I’ve came to get food and they were all out of roast beef. Need to do better with preparation.
