This place partners with the HteaO in Nicholson Tower at OU Health and sells a couple of their meals for breakfast and lunch. The meals are overall amazing, and well worth the price. My favorite is the breakfast bowl, which contains seasoned scrambled eggs, sausage bits with peppers, and potatoes all topped with a sprinkle of cheese.
My overall review would be a 5 if they'd put a tad bit more cheese, otherwise the potatoes get really dry. HteaO unfortunately doesn't...

I will update this review and star rating once I've actually tried the food, but my bf and I drove 2 hours to check this place out and try our 1st week in meal prep.. for 10 meals, we spent $99.. the owners mother was running the store when we came in and answered ALL of our questions happily and was so informative.

We discovered Balanced Kitchen a couple months ago and have bought from them weekly ever since. The food is always great, the staff is very friendly, I save hours a week not having to meal prep or do dishes, and I save money because now groceries aren’t going bad in my fridge.
