I will update this review and star rating once I've actually tried the food, but my bf and I drove 2 hours to check this place out and try our 1st week in meal prep.. for 10 meals, we spent $99.. the owners mother was running the store when we came in and answered ALL of our questions happily and was so informative.

We discovered Balanced Kitchen a couple months ago and have bought from them weekly ever since. The food is always great, the staff is very friendly, I save hours a week not having to meal prep or do dishes, and I save money because now groceries aren’t going bad in my fridge.

I recently discovered Balanced Kitchen Co and I am so impressed! Even my 5 year old loves the orange peel chicken. The food is excellent quality and perfect portions. The price is fair and it’s definitely a service I plan on using every week moving forward.
