The last 2 times I've been to boomerang they got my order wrong I told them three times what I wanted on my burger and they still screwed it up. Wast of money

Waitress was extremely rude. She was shaking her head while we were ordering and as we were ordering said “wow that’s a lot of calories” which completely shocked us. 0/10 experience which is sad because I liked the place. Waitress was wearing a high bun and a red bow with black hair.

Inconsistent “imaginethat” Days
They started out great a few years ago when they opened but about a year later the service was terrible. There managers were rude and the young blonde girl who worked the window alot was even worse, then they made her a manager. Each year the fish gets smaller and they change something. Not what they started out as. It's a shame. They do have good hamburgers and the fresh food quality is great.

This is a nice little diner, the atmosphere is very cool as a diner should be. Service was outstanding, food was also good. If you’re looking for a quick place to stop with a diner atmosphere I recommend this place. Our server was very good and mistake free.

Service was good in the past. Has gotten horrible with part of your food not coming at the same time. Had to wait on sausage one time and they forgot the toast the next. Will not be back.

The chicken fried steak over gravy with mashed potatoes and gravy took 20 minutes. NOTHING CAME WITH GRAVY! The steak was 2 millimeters thick and burnt. The mashed potatoes were starchy and tasted like cafeteria food. The toast was good at least. I also got the fries with cheese and bacon. The fries were average. The cheese was melted on cheddar that had solidified by the time I ate it. The bacon bits were good. Overall terrible. I threw the chicken fried steak away. I’ve had a burger from here before and it was fine. I wouldn’t get anything else.

I was pleasantly thrilled but very surprised when this joint replaced Johnny's burgers, they had been there for years and I was sad to see them go but I was also very happy to have a boomerang locally I've only had them a handful of times and now I've gone there quite a bit and I'm pretty acquainted with their menu. I really like this place there's some things on the menu I'm not crazy about but you get a lot of bang for your buck in today's market, especially if you follow their weekly deals like half-price Burger Mondays I'll be here pretty often. I pick up a lot of orders here as well and I've seen a lot of staff come and go some stay for a while but it's mostly a revolving door, which gives me the opportunity to really observe that I believe they thoroughly train their employees pretty well here you kind of get like an old-time small-town feel when you come here even if it's the first time seeing a new employee everybody here is just really nice very friendly down-to-earth, it's a nice place to just come by and grab a bite to eat and kind of take a break from the speed of the town that this restaurant sits in. You really will get that old time feel through the bites and through the decor and just through the genuine friendliness that unfortunately You Don't See Much Anymore. Boomerang is a cool joint and I would recommend it to just about anybody.
Kid-friendliness: I'm picky about the places I bring my kids because sometimes they can be a little rambunctious however I've never had a problem here and I don't think I ever will

Love Boomerang I had breakfast they need to cook eggs last that way they will be hot not cold. Clean tables and seats better and things that has finger prints all on it.
I have eaten at Boomerang in Edmond many times. Today I was disgusted to watch from my table, one of the cooks, (Zack) handling the food, (hamburger buns, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc) with no gloves. I mentioned to our waitress that I thought it was required that they wear gloves. She said they were supposed to and she would say something. He later put some on. I have been there before and seen this but said nothing. I don’t know that I will go there again. There doesn’t seem to be anyone managing this location, Danforth in Edmond.
