Ventured out and ordered the afternoon Friday Fish. Fish/hush puppies were warm as if setting for a while. Not cooked fresh and hot. Fries were hot. Had to remind waitress ordered salad and needed silverware. Waitress never returned and check on my meal. Went to the front counter to get a tea refill and requested more fish. Fish was cooked fresh. I will try dinning again.I have read several customers dissapointing reviews... but seems the remarks fall on deaf ears. Corporate response is the same but the problems still exist.

The drive through sucks! Today I sat in at the window for 17 minutes and no one had even acknowledged me. I love their food but they have no hurry bone what so ever there!!

Most of the food we had was pretty good and fresh. Fairly fast consideringwe took long enough to order. Didn't care for my warm/cool fries though. Waitress was attentive.
Couldn't get the order right even after it got sent back twice.

We ordered from a stall, I haven't eaten inside yet. The prices were fair and the food was good and fresh. The fries are terrible, soft and limp. Order onion rings or mushrooms instead.
I'm a single old man, and several times a week will stop by a restaurant after work so I don't need to fix dinner at the house. I had never eaten at this diner so tonight I decided to pull in and grab dinner before I went home.I entered and the diner appeared very clean, well-maintained, and brightly lit. But that's all the good stuff I can think of to say.I ordered the hamburger steak, which was advertised to come with fried onions, mushrooms, and brown gravy on the side. I also was invited to choose two sides. I chose mashed potatoes and cole slaw. For a drink, I chose unsweetened iced tea. There were only two other booths occupied, and both of them had already received their order. So mine was the ONLY ORDER in the kitchen. When the order arrived, the hamburger steak was mashed the shape and thickness of a pancake. It was topped with 4 thin slices of red onion, and about half a dozen mushroom slices obviously from a can. The hamburger patty had been broken into at least 3 pieces, maybe four. The serving was not appetizing. And when I ate a bite of the chunk of hamburger nearest me, it was over cooked, tough, dry, and tasteless--same for the copious amount of garlic salt sprinkled over it.The serving of mashed potatoes were lumpy and lacking flavor, and were about the size of a small scoop of ice cream. The mashed potatoes had about two tablespoons of brown gravy on top. The brown gravy obviously came from a powdered mix.The side of cole slaw--believe it or not!--arrived WITH MY CHECK, after I had finished eating. I managed to eat that small scoop of mashed potatoes, the slice of Texas toast, and about half that dry, tough hamburger steak. Had the plate arrived with the "brown gravy on the side" as the menu promised, I might could have poured the brown gravy over those terrible chunks of broken hamburger patty and at least finished the hamburger. But the promised brown gravy never showed up during my meal, except for those two tablespoons atop the tasteless lumpy mashed potatoes.I finished my drink halfway through the meal, but because I had zero attention from the server, I had to eat the last half of my meal without any drink. The check was a few pennies shy of $16. Honestly, for $16, I can eat at a lot of places in this town where I can enjoy my dining experience and have friendly and helpful wait staff.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Just don't. And these are not diners, they're just modeled to look like 50s restaurants. Four different dishes, each slightly less edible than the last. Not sure how the rest are, but the Edmond location is visibly dirty and the smell of grease has sat on my jacket for days.
