I was visiting this fine establishment for lunch one day, and in a grand gesture of my grace and balance, I fumbled the top bun of my bacon cheeseburger, flinging it high in the air and causing it to come crashing down as I watched, frozen in horror. Unfortunately for both of us, the bun landed toppings-side down and so, was unsalvageable. My top bun, lettuce, and mayo were lost to the floor and I was forced to ask the employees if they could remake it for me. They did so without even asking a question and with a smile on their face. These are employees I could entrust with my life, if needed.In a second occurrence, I, being a person who enjoys dipping my fries in a lavish concoction of ketchup and mayonnaise, began to search for the two condiments. Ketchup is an easy resource to come by, being readily available in easy access pumps. Mayonnaise, however, you must express your desire for. When I explained my quest for mayonnaise to the employee behind the counter, she disappeared for a small moment and returned, my prize in hand. She brought me a gorgeous, invigorating, well of mayonnaise, deep enough to drown all my fries and all of my sorrows in.11/10 will return again.

The drive-thru was six deep at 9:150. I went in.Your shift manager was helping another customer in line. I could tell this guy was going to be a gem.Customer leaves without receipt or change. Shift manager pockets change and he sees me seeing him do it.I ask for a German choc in a reg cone. You want two scoops for .40 cents. I decline and tell him just the reg cone.Comes back with a waffle cone. I explain, reg cone, not waffle. He proceeds to cram it on to a reg cone.Product is frost bitten and poorly scooped. I pay for the cone and tell the shift manager that a customer’s change doesn’t belong in an employee’s pocket.Your facilities are filthy. Your staff are poorly trained. Your products are NOT fresh.Do better.Vegetarian options: Stay away.
