Braum never disappoints. My cheat day with a burger and a shake. Best shakes in town with a tone of flavors to choose from.
We love the chicken strip dinner. Their hamburgers are so delicious, too.
Took my order at 1:05, the lady was rude and rushing me through my order, and decided that no ketchup means take everything off but sauce, meat, and cheese on it.
Incredibly bad experience today (12/30/2025) with the food side of the operation. Ordered a spicy chicken club but it came out within about 2 minutes and was hard as a rock. Took it up there and they made me another one before I could even get back to my table. It was the same exact way, hard as a rock with hardly any chicken meat. I gave up. At least the fries and cherry limeade were good.
Always had a good experience with the ice cream side here, but won’t bother ordering food from here in the future. Will stick to other Braums who’ve always done great on their chicken sandwiches and don’t precook theirs.

We like shopping here sure to the variety and good prices, but their shopping carts are the worst in the OKC metro. It feels like you're still driving on Oklahoma roads while pushing these things through the stores. The wheels are absolute garbage.
I asked for a thick shake and they didn't make it as requested. I calmly tried to tell them how to make it thick and let them know what kind of cup it should be in, but the Assistant Manager told me it can't be made that way. I've been getting them that way for over 20 years in 3 or 4 states including OKat that location, so it absolutely can be done. I ended up just getting a refund since the manager refused to listen. I went directly to another location I had never been to before. They made it right the first time.
I've eaten at several braums and this by far has the best food and atmosphere. There drive thru is fast and efficient
