This is a nice, clean store with polite and helpful employees. Xavier was especially kind, going to the back twice looking for my favorite ice creams. I'll definitely be back to this Braums!
Always an outstanding experience at Braums...in a great (not good or average) way! They let you sub your fountain drink out for ice cream at no charge! Drink a water instead! If you see a Braums - STOP and go in!

After buying $20 worth of food I asked for a small cup of hot water to use for a tea bag of my own and they wanted to charge me for the cup of hot water. Seriously Braums, I've never been asked to pay for water at any other food establishment.
