I am a regular at Braum’s grocery and I LOVE when Amy is working because she is the friendliest, most helpful employee there! Every time I come in, she goes out of her way to make my visit easy and smooth. She definitely has the best customer service!
Ice cream on point. Took a while to get ice cream.. staff was nice and working, but there are some efficiency issues to work through to speed things up because there were a lot of staff and not many people inside... I think drive through was busy but the instore patrons seemed to not get as much attention. I requested 3 plane beef paties.
I was charged full price for a triple cheeseburger as if that's what I ordered.
I don't like American cheese. It's not real cheese and it's hard for your body to process it.
