My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary and had dinner at this location - that was a mistake.
When asked how he was doing as he approached our table for the first time, our waiter responded with something to the effect of, "I'd rather be anywhere else right now", and the service that followed reflected that headspace.
Our appetizer was never delivered, entrees beat our drinks from the bar by a good margin, the drinks were not mixed properly (not on the waiter, to be fair), and the to-go food (the appetizer we never got) was requested, but was never input on the ticket or given to us. At one point our waiter walked up to the table, interrupted us mid-conversation, and stopped halfway through his sentence and said, "I forgot why I came over here", and walked away.
To say it was a surreal experience would be perfectly accurate. While the service was abhorrent and we will not come back to this location, it at least gave us something interesting to talk about on our way home from our date night =).
Drinks and service notwithstanding, the food was very, very good, however.

Everything we ordered was good, except for the trio appetizer. The chips were stale and difficult to eat. They did take that off our check, so that was nice. We had the Caesar salad, Fish N Chips, chickens sandwiches, and the brownie. It was very busy during our visit, but our waitress handled it well and was very nice. We haven't been in a few years, but the new location is convenient and we'll definitely go again.

The hostess and our waitress both were overwhelming amount of perfume. We asked to be seated in and out of the way seat because we had our dog in a stroller. They seated us in a corner and then proceeded to see two other couples right next to us. One of whom also was wearing excessive perfume.

Took my girlfriend, daughter, and her husband here for lunch, and the food was great. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend this location for family and business events.

I made an online order and called when I got there and was told that they would bring it out as soon as it was ready. I waited for 30 minutes thinking they must be really busy and finally called again. The food had been ready and sitting for some time, ice cream melted and all hot stuff cold. I was pretty disappointed. Luckily Maddy, who brought it out to me, was awesome. She asked if they could remake it for me when she found out it was cold and how long I had been waiting, which I really appreciated. And she also included a $10 off coupon with my remade order. I wouldn’t normally write a review, but I just hope whoever is in charge can maybe make some changes to how they do online orders, as this isn’t the first time this has happened. And THANK YOU Maddy!!! She’s an amazing forward-facing service worker and deserves a raise.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Bricktown Brewery today. I requested to have the Iowa vs. Penn State wrestling dual put on, but was told they couldn’t show it due to concerns about “violence.” Wrestling is a respected NCAA sport, just like football or basketball, and it deserves the same recognition.
What made this even worse was how the situation was handled. When I brought it up, the manager, Allie, was super angry when she spoke to me about it. Instead of having a reasonable discussion, she seemed more interested in shutting down the request than addressing the concern.
This was especially frustrating because a friend of mine had raised this issue before and even received an email confirming that wrestling would be allowed on their TVs. Despite mentioning this, my request was still denied.
The inconsistency and poor customer service were disappointing, especially for those of us who support collegiate wrestling and want to enjoy it in a great environment like Bricktown Brewery. I hope they reconsider their stance and improve how they handle customer concerns in the future.
Overall dining experience was fine! Good lunch specials and everything was prompt and quick. There's a few more things on the menu I'm interested in trying!

I am in love with the cobb salad. I can't say anything about the other food but the cobb is the bomb and I travel a lot for work and whatever city I'm in with this restaurant, they are consistent. At first, I think there isn't enough lettuce to make it a salad. And then I eat the whole thing and it's a meal.
