Had an amazing dinner tonight at Bricktown. Had Big Mike's meatloaf and it was amazing! Very flavorful along with the mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was hot and fresh! Highly recommend!
Menu was so good. Love when you can go to a place and not decide because everything looks good. Mine turned out amazing

Arrived at 12:30ish! Was told it would be 20-25 minutes. We were a party of 13, no big deal, we waited at the bar. An hour later we were still waiting. Still not upset, I understand waiting for a big table. After we finally got seated, the process to order and get our food took another 1 1/2 hours. All of us eating at different times as our food was brought out piece meal. Some were finished eating when others were just getting their meal. Some of us just had to get it to go as it never came and we were an hour late to an event. From the bar to the table I felt bad for the waitresses! Understaffed and overwhelmed. Where was the manager? No appearance while the staff was struggling. Never had an experience this bad. When my son comes home we often go to the brewery, not sure now.
An update: after speaking with Jared, he was able to explain what had happened and apologize for the situation. Hoping that Bricktown can stay a popular place in Edmond for years to come.

Absolutely awful experience. The first server was so busy chatting with her friends, fellow employees, and doing everything she could to avoid helping us. After we had been sitting at the table for EXACTLY 61 minutes, I finally went to find the manager. I asked the manager for a new server. (My group suggested we just leave, but I was REALLY looking forward to a true Oklahoma Chicken fried steak, so we had patience) Our new server was a nice young man named Blake (I beleive) and he made the first girl look like she was a first day trainee server at a country diner. Blake took great care of our group!
Beyond that, I ordered the chicken fried steak I had been so looking forward to. Everyone else at the table ordered, the members of our group who arrived late, who had been sitting there for nearly 20 minutes FINALLY received their drinks. Then, a few minutes later, Blake returned and said that they JUST now sold the last chicken fried steak, and I would have to pick something different. REALLY???? So I ordered the salad with salmon and specifically asked for it to be medium rare so that it wasn't dry. Yeah, salmon was overrcooked, dry, and tasteless (not to mention smelling a little fishy). I didn't finish it.
No credit on the bill, no apology from ANYONE on staff for not having my order, or for the issues with the first server.
As I got up, I noticed the Ant Poison packs sitting in the windowsill right next to my table. GROSS! Is that even up to food code??
HOW on earth is this business even still open? BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Actually had a very amazing experience. The food was brick oven pizza and pulled pork nachos ? both were so good. Service was excellent. I highly recommend. They even turned on the hockey Game for us when we asked.

Clean, spacious.I was in town visiting family. So I’m not from the area. We came in on a Thursday afternoon. We got the nachoes. And I got to say, they were DELICIOUS. Huge. Easily shareable between two people. I subbed out the chicken for the pulled pork.I had two strawberry margaritas. And they weren’t anything special.We also got the Apple crisp dessert and it tasted like America. It was so yummy.
