Buffalo Wild Wings in Edmond

“This is arguably one of the fanciest BWW I have ever been to! And I’ve been to them from the West coast to the south and Midwest. The service was quick and our waiter was sweet. Every single booth had a TV. The smell was clean and the whole restaurant was superb as far as cleanliness goes. We had traditional, cauliflower wings and fries with the queso appetizer. Everything was hot and fresh. Would definitely dine here again!“

“Was disappointed because my burger was cold and missing the bacon I ordered on it. Service was not up to par. We asked for a knife and never got it. Asked where our sauces were and it took forever before we got them. Ended up cutting our burgers with a fork. I asked where my bacon was and the waitress said thery were frying it now. When it came to my table it was raw. All in all it was a bad meal but when I asked to see a manager he was very polite and apologized and said the GM was there and would remake my food himself. He also comped most of our meals which was so kind of him. I wasn't going to ever go back but with the kindness of the manager I will once visit this restaurant. Thank you“
