wife and i had date night here 8/3/2025 and our server was really rude didn't refill our drinks that much and proceed to give us our food and our check at the same time. And acted like she was pushing us out we still were eating and she comes by and ask do you want to go boxes we still wanted to stay for dessert no that didn't happen she handed us to go boxes and seen us on our way out

My buddy & i came in to Tulsa store. I got my wings & we each had 2 beers. He ordered take out when we got 2nd beer. Been out of beer for 20 mins & still waiting for his to go burger. I believe this will be my last trip here. I usually come once a month

Me and my family of 5 got food poisoning from this place on the 6th and are STILL SICK. General manager Dillon was not even empathetic when he called. He asked 2 questions. That was it. Couldn’t ask how my family was, no nothing. Didn’t even seem to care that HIS restaurant caused us food poisoning. Don’t waste your time here. Or money.

I always have a bad experience. This will be the last time I go. First my QR code was invalid on receipt. I ordered mild buffalo but got dry rub. I asked for a side and she brings me the hottest buffalo and charges me for it. I gave Crohn's disease, hot food can kill me. I complained to corporate. They send a dear John I am sorry letter. BWW lost my business.

Despite a bad meal upon my visit last year, I gave this BWW another try. We just had an appetizer and drinks this time. The guacamole was terrible-tasted bitter with too much lime and the salsa was thick and pasty as if made with tomato paste. The queso was average at best. We got no drink refills and had to go get our own napkins. This is seriously one of the worst restaurants which is a shame as other BWWs are generally quite good.

Slowest restaurant I’ve ever been too. Don’t waste your time or money. Last several time I’ve ordered online, I’m told pickup time and show up at pickup time just to wait another 40+ minutes. Buffalo used to be good because they were fast, mediocre wings but service was fast now they can’t do that, definitely will not be back.
