I love going to this location because of Reba!!! She is the best!! She had 8 tables and handled them with ease. Friendly and efficiently with that beautiful smile!! Food took a bit. But was great as always.

My buddy & i came in to Tulsa store. I got my wings & we each had 2 beers. He ordered take out when we got 2nd beer. Been out of beer for 20 mins & still waiting for his to go burger. I believe this will be my last trip here. I usually come once a month

Me and my family of 5 got food poisoning from this place on the 6th and are STILL SICK. General manager Dillon was not even empathetic when he called. He asked 2 questions. That was it. Couldn’t ask how my family was, no nothing. Didn’t even seem to care that HIS restaurant caused us food poisoning. Don’t waste your time here. Or money.

I always have a bad experience. This will be the last time I go. First my QR code was invalid on receipt. I ordered mild buffalo but got dry rub. I asked for a side and she brings me the hottest buffalo and charges me for it. I gave Crohn's disease, hot food can kill me. I complained to corporate. They send a dear John I am sorry letter. BWW lost my business.

It was Christmas night and BWW was short staffed, but our waiter did his best to keep up. Once our meals were served the food was surprisingly good

Slowest restaurant I’ve ever been too. Don’t waste your time or money. Last several time I’ve ordered online, I’m told pickup time and show up at pickup time just to wait another 40+ minutes. Buffalo used to be good because they were fast, mediocre wings but service was fast now they can’t do that, definitely will not be back.

ALSO, this is the side of celery and carrots???

let me just say. I never in my 21 years of life have had such a bad experience at a restaurant until tonight. Buffalo Wild Wings closes at 2pm. Got here at 10:55. Waited at the host stand for quite some time and no one ever came to seat us. Finally someone did and just told us to go to the back where the bar was. We sit down and wait at least 10 minutes to even get our DRINK order. we also order our food then. It took another 10 mins to even get our WATER. waited over 55 minutes for the food. Once it came out I had the wrong sandwich from what I ordered. My sisters order had about 11 fries on her plate compared to my exact same meal, there was NO sauce on her honey bbq wings she had to ask for some. After eating we then had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to notice us and when my server finally came I asked for a manager. Waited 10 minutes for a manager then finally I explain to him all that’s wrong. I don’t believe he ever apologized just said “let me go check a few things” waited another 10 minutes and asked 2 more servers to go get him because we were so over it. He then Finally comes out and says he CHECKED THE CAMERAS to confirm our wait time! What manager does that?? Tried to tell us we only waited 5 minutes. Then says he talked to his manager and he said 50% was all he could do. I then asked for the REAL manager. Why would they bring out the stupid one anyway. The other one comes out and I explain the same stuff. Never apologizes only proceeds to tell me he can do 50% I still decline and he then says ok if that’s really what I think should happen then ok. I told him I would be leaving this review and he has the audacity to ask “now why would you do that when I’m going to comp your meal” as if that’s doing me some kind of favor. ANY good manager would have offered that and multiple apologies from the very beginning. And ANY other customers would have already left without paying or letting them know.
