Came here and ordered an Impossible Whopper and a kids meal. I messed up on the order, took it back up to the front counter and told them my mistakeand a nice lady said no problem ,we got you.They made a new burger(no charge)and told me if there was another problem ,come back to the counter. I felt looked after as a customer, like they actually cared. The place was spotless and they were so friendly.10/10 Ill be going back

Went through the drive thru..... They gave me food that was already given and taken back from another customer. When I asked if she just swapped the bags out (because I WATCHED her do it) she lied to my face and said no. Do NOT come here. Unsanitary food practices!! Not cool... Especially post COVID. 🤢

All of the staff here (Broadway location) are kind and quick. Bathrooms are CLEAN. Lunchtime is good time to go. They have a gentleman by the name of Jeff who is always careful to make sure to get your order CORRECT. Best BK in Edmond.

Picture worth 1000 words (burned and inedible). I ordered two sausage biscuits with cheeses through the drive thru. They both looked like this. The employee obviously knew they were wrong but did it anyway. I discovered it after I got to the office...I usually go thru the McD's around the corner...which I will go back to and never back to this BK. I should have known by the lack of cars in the lot or drive thru that they were not good. Avoid at all costs. NOT worth driving back over there for $5 but these guys have issues, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else...

STAY AWAY Honestly I had to write a review since now it’s 3 for 3 in bad experiences at this location. First incident my fiery chicken sandwich was so room temp I had to microwave it once I got home ; that should’ve deterred me from going back. My mistake. The second time I found a hair while dining in the restaurant with my dad , we threw away everything and just left.
I just assumed these two incidents were isolated; and random. Things happen I get it . I gave it two months before I decided to go back (today). I ordered online and still had wait almost 20 min in the drive thru just to get cold and hard chicken fries and overly salted regular fries , so bad that they were barely edible. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

We primarily went to try the Addams Family meal. As far as the Addams Family meal goes. The Wednesday Whopper was just a normal Whopper with Swiss cheese instead of American cheese. The purple bun is a purple potato bun. The Morticia kooky shake was like a chocolate shake & very poorly mixed brownie batter. It was meh. The Thing Rings were the normal onion ? rings. the Gomez churro fries would have been much better ate hot and fresh for sure. !
Parking: Big parking lot plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: No playground area at this location but bathroom is definitely being single stall type bathrooms are family friendly. Overall general cleanliness was fairly good. And kids like chicken nuggets and chicken fries and french fries.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good handicap parking with handicap ramps. Door entrance is pretty big and I could see being difficult for someone by themselves and a wheelchair. It's a hold the door open as well as trying to wheel yourself in. Three or four handicap accessible tables. Bathrooms have big doors and are single stall bathrooms so definitely very good for handicap.
