Unfortunately this Cava location has been on my âno thank youâ list for a while now. It started off great at the grand opening but slowly went downhill over time. The front doors are never clean, very rarely see the same people working, tables donât get cleaned up enough and what really put a nail in the coffin for me recently was⊠the person who was adding toppings, did thisâŠ.
Took the spoon, got the ingredient from the tub
Placed the ingredients in the bowl and then proceeded to mix it in, touching all of the ingredients below. (Chicken)
Then proceeded to do the same thing with my falafel bowl.
Iâm sorry but. I did not want the chicken bits in my falafel bowlâŠ. :(

When I start going to cava I Didn't know what to pick from the menu. A front of house name TY made my bowl for me. I was very impressed with the choices of sauce and dips to provide with my entree choice. Ty know how to present himself and there is confidence when making his signature tasty dishes.
I've eaten at this Cava many times without an issue. The staff is nice enough and the food has always been good. However, last night I ordered the Steak + Feta Pita with Kalamata Olives. Within 20 minutes of finishing my food, I started to have bubble gut, which only got worse throughout the evening. When I woke up in the morning, I had watery diarrhea and stomach cramps, which persisted thought out the day. Towards the 24 hour mark, I started to feel muscle weakness and fatigue. Many people say this is a sign of low fiber, but seeing as I eat everything in my order on a regular basis, I'm inclined to believe otherwise.

We love Cava and this location is wonderful. The food is fresh, and the staff is great. Itâs always nice to see Mason greet us with a smile.

Chandler was a bit stand off ish and didnât mind to interact but Lydia did an amazing job of making me feel welcomed and made sure I had a great experience.

Hailey was amazing! Super friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience better. She made sure my order was perfect and greeted everyone with a smile. You can tell she cares about her costumers!

Some of the newer employees are extremely rude. I would suggest some customer service training. Itâs as if youâre there to do them a favor. The young lady wasnât wearing a name tag but the guys name was Gabe

GM John Bills and assistant Janette are absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and even walked my 13 year old nephew who has never been to Cava before through the ordering process and let him sample different items before sticking a landing on a desired meal set up. This location is exceptionally clean and crisp. The food was fresh and visually pleasing. Highly recommend this location specially. Thank you!!
