My first visit. i ordered the Apple Jasmine tea w/ boba. it’s perfectly sweetened as is, but you can add extra syrup if desired. i plan to try the other options, however the Apple Jasmine was delicious

Some of the best tea in Oklahoma, easily up there with Sharetea and Kung Fu Tea! I get the black milk tea with boba and the tea isn’t very thick and creamy but quite thin I guess you could say; not watery though, each sip is full of flavor and the boba quality is superb!

This place is horrible when we went today, usually it is good but today there were two white young adults who seemed to be completely lazy at their job and it seemed like they did not even want to work there. I have gotten the berry summer with regular sweet many times before but when I went in today and tried it, it was not sweet at all. It tasted like straight water. Absolutely disgusting. They also said that our mango drink was going to take longer but they actually made the drink in decent time.

Got a sore throat after getting a tea here (I haven’t been out much except for here in the last few days)… employees need to wash hands or wear protective mask if they know they are sick. Even with the seal, they use their hands on the top and then you have to dip in the straw to where their hands were.

This is my last time coming to Feng Cha. Multiple times in the past (not even distant past), I have ordered milk tea with oat milk and it never was a problem. I can’t do their non dairy creamer because it makes me sick. The past two times I’ve tried to order a milk tea, an employee said they don’t do oat milk, which is not true. Because the answer is never consistent, I went again today and tried to order a boba tea with oat milk. The employee said they don’t use it for milk teas and then I said that I’ve gotten it many times before. Then the story changed to “it depends on who’s making it”. What?? I asked what that meant and I was responded with another excuse that the oat milk is used for other drinks and that they were running low and couldn’t use it for my drink. So, I just got a regular green tea with boba, which was super bitter and over-steeped. I wish there was consistency with product and better training for their employees. Won’t be back.
Cute and clean store. They keep the lights dim for excellent mood lighting. Anything here is good. The staff is very friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend?

We have been met with very rude employees here. It is unfortunate that we have to tell the employee what they offer when they refuse to acknowledge that we have been there before. Latest experience was awful. Young employee got my order wrong and was very rude. Will not be back, I would recommend going somewhere else with better customer service. This is not the first time we have had horrible employee interactions here. This was the fourth time so I thought a bad review about my experience should be posted. I normally never post a bad review unless my experience is awful.
