We walked in and saw some super cute decorations and lights on the wall. Smelled amazing. I saw some other reviews saying it was dirty, it was actually pretty clean. I saw another review saying that the staff was unfriendly, but as soon as we walked in the lady at the front smiled and said “Hello!” I don’t know what happened with them or why they had a bad experience. I got a dirty boba and my friend got a taro milk tea we both loved our drinks they were so good! She said “Have a nice day!” Once we left. 5 stars awesome time.

I got ube matcha latte, which I didn't taste the matcha at all, didn't even feel the caffeine rush. So leads me to believe there was probably none in there. But could taste the ube, which was good. Very disappointed. Probably won't come again.

My favorite boba place! The little cakes are amazing. I occasionally try new flavors, but have 4 I tend to stick to. I've not been dissapointed. Sometimes I ask for 125% sweet. The drinks don't need it, but sometimes you want your drink to taste like desert. :-) Don't be afraid of cheese foam. They make the best creme brule dirty boba. Yum!

We had a poor experience at Feng Cha. The girl taking our order didn't know the menu, did not give us what we asked for, and the drinks were so subpar that we immediately threw them away and went to another boba place in Edmond. There are so many good boba places in OKC and Edmond, it's unfortunate that this is not one of them.

I love coming here for a sweet treat! The staff are always so kind, especially Leah, she always goes above and beyond. The store has a nice vibe and it's a good place to chill for a bit. My favorite drink is the Dirty Boba and I love the Strawberry Princess cake, it's sooooo good. This is my favorite boba place in Edmond. 💚

Great milk tea, I’ve always loved their taro. But their customer service has been terrible. You walk in and they stare, without greeting or acknowledging you. If you say hello, they dont respond. It makes sense why no one hangs out in the shop itself.

If you order through the app Or DoorDash and you add an extra they will not put the add in and will cross the ingredient off but still charge you and not ask if you want anything in place of the missing item. They have messed up countless orders of mine and the attitudes of the workers are never pleasant. With the amount of times they have done this and not given me my product I've purchased a whole drink without receiving any item for it. Very disappointing.

This place is right near my house and my kids love the drinks but there is something that always comes up at this location. Last time we couldn’t order drinks because they already cleaned the equipment and now this time no cups? I really hope they make it because it is nice to be near them.

Always visited this place to grab the dirt boba for my boyfriend. But today we went in and ordered on the kiosk and took at least 10 minutes (we are indecisive). How are you telling us that you have no boba straws (thick straws) after you make our drinks? How are you supposed to drink a boba tea with a freaking regular soda straw?!? At least give us a heads up so that we can either choose a different drink or just go somewhere else. It’s always this specific location that is always out of something as well. Love the drinks and the taste but I think it falls under a common sense/awareness category.
