ATTN CORPORATE: Whoever was working the fryer on 2/6/25 between 2pm and 3pm (@ the 33rd and Broadway location in Edmond,OK) deserves to be recognized by the Chick-Fil-A Gods, and also deserves to be promoted to CEO of French Fries. I was having a bad day, decided to stop at CFA, and the minute I bit down on that first french fry and heard (and felt) the delicate crispy crunch, my body was immediately healed of all ailments. I will admit, the fries were a bit crispier than usual, but I write this review today to let you know they were perfect. Whoever was working the fryer should be given the responsibility of training all CFA employees around the nation. Thank you, and have a Blessed Day. It was my pleasure eating at your restaurant.

By far the worst customer service i've ever had at a restaurant. Apparently there were people hiding in little boxes that were yelling at me Hello instead of using the actual menu box it was totally ridiculous. I wasn't ever greeted friendly and and was constantly told to just look at the menu with a pointed finger. If you're not a regular you would have no idea what to do. My order was wrong and I was rushed not to check it even though they werent busy. Lots of training needed for the rude order takers. Even the girl that handed me my food said she has not tried different foods at the restaurant and has no idea what things taste like that's not a good sign.

8:30 AM on Jan. 6th, you had employees (I’d guess teenagers) outside in 13* weather… can’t comprehend why. It wasn’t busy (although it did take longer than usual). Why would you do that? It makes no sense. I’d rather go somewhere employees are taken care of, not used beyond reason to make an extra $10 an hour

Complete waste of my trip and time. Large corporation like Chick-fil-A should make sure that Google is representing the correct hours of operations. Showed up at this location to only speak to somebody to tell me that they don't open till 10:30

First time eating at Chick fil A. Chicken is good and fries are great! Besides the obvious I was really surprised how CLEAN and neat the dining area is compared to other fast food places. No salt & food crumbs to welcome you to your booth, no dead flies on window seals, no paper straw wrappers littering the floor. I almost felt like this wasn't fast food at all. The customer service was great as well..... my daughter seemed to think they only hire a certain race of people but from you can see it's a CERTAIN TYPE of people and color has nothing to do with it. Be kind, be professional and actually give a damn about your job and you'll get returning customers.

Very nice place to eat at. The food was great and served timely. Workers are constantly cleaning the tables after people leave.
In recent months the quality has severely diminished doesn't matter what time of day. Order details are sometimes ignored, chicken is sometimes slightly burnt. Try to get a frosted lemonade and they will let it melt before you get to the window; they used to make it right in front of me when I got to the window, now I am lucky if I even get a straw before my food is ready.
Every single time I come to a Chick-fil-A now they can’t seem to get the order right I asked for for chicken nuggets french fries. Please add 2 cups of fruit and they couldn’t get it right then turned around and charged me and my opinion they should’ve taken the charge off.
